Summary: We were glad to be San Lazzaro especially after seeing the nightmare traffic in Amalfi and Positano. The apartment was very nice and spacious. Response time to any requests were immediate. Close and good acce to a lot of the hikes we went on.

Summary: Staying in the town of Agerola is the perfect spot for anyone who would like to be close to Amalfi but not in the thick of the tourist traffic. Views are absolutely spectacular as well. With just a 5 minute walk into town and bus services, the rest of Amalfi is easily accessible from here. The Casabona was so kind and helped make our stay the best it could be. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to have a "local" experience. Not to mention, there are a vast number of hiking trails with breathtaking views. Truly a special experience.

Summary: Very good place to stay and visit Amalfi Coast and historical places arround Napoli- like Pompei, Herculanum, Stabilea etc. We booked a double apartment ( 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large dinning room and fully equipped kitchen...and a very generous terrace ) for 2 families and all what other described before were true : nice apartment, new furniture, new equipments...very good for us. Real clean environment and a very peaceful place after a full day to visit crowd villages on the coast. San Lazarro first time I thought a small village - but we discovered small and nice shops, restaurants and a beautiful coast with a high class hotel and other accommodation at a walking distance from us! :) But I preferred all the time the birds songs in the morning when we tasted our coffee on the terrace planning current day trip and evenings remembered what we visited this day. You benefit by parking on the accommodation and I think it's a big benefit considering incredible relief on the Amalfi coast and real lack of parking in all those area.If you travel without a car there are a lot of buses to all the main attraction on the coast because San Lazzaro is one of the end lines for local transportation. I want to special thanks Theresa and Raffael for their amiability and ready to answer to our question and not at last for their honesty when we need their support and they help us more than hosts like friends. All my five stars goes to their wonderful villas and if we will return to Amalfi Costs we will sure come back to them

Summary: We spent a wonderful week in the brand new appartement on the ground floor. The house is in walking distance from San Lazzaro main square. The appartement is comfortable and clean. The rooms are big enough. There is more than enough storage for clothes and other stuff. Everything was new. The kitchen is fully equipped with good quality things. The owners and their family are very friendly. Thank you for the great week and the very good wine!

Summary: "A beautiful, well equipped apartment with 3 very good restaurants within walking distant. Difficult to find by yourself so meet Gregorio and let him take you there! We suggest that a Touring Club Italiano local map - No: 12, Campania e Basilicata would be a great help to anyone using this property."

Summary: "The apartment was really nice, with good cooking, washing & relaxation facilities. If you want to avoid the more tourist-like areas but still be close to the Amalfi coast this is the place to be. Local transport is good. The scenery is beautiful. The local people were very friendly and helpful. Above all, the owner could not have been more helpful."
