Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this nice apartment. It has its own entrance and it felt very private. Location is walking distance to Capitol and train station with very nice architecture in downtown of Richmond. Apartment is nicely decorated and set up , and had everything we needed : fridge, a/c and toiletries. Thank you

Summary: My husband and I had an amazing time at our stay. The property manager was very accommodating and a joy. The only 2 draw back is the parking is very narrow, but we took this into consideration and took our small sedan, and the stairs are also narrow. They could potentially be an issue if someone has bad knees or hips. Great location and got to spend time with my college kid and his friends, who lived nearby, comfortably in the apartment.My husband and I hope to make this place a regular when visiting Richmond.

Summary: We booked kind of late, so this was really the only property available that met our needs, and we were a bit startled by the high-ish price. Now that we’ve stayed here, we get it — and we’d stay here again. Super comfy bed, private parking in an area low on free off-street parking, phenomenal location, clean and well-equipped/well-furnished kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. We’ll check out the balcony next time!

Summary: Visited Richmond to catch the Moulin Rouge at the Altria Theatre. The apartment was perfect and close to many attractions in Richmond. We would definitely stay there again.
