Positive: Clean, comfortable apartment with excellent tableware. It is in a perfect location for beaches and restaurants within Nerja .
Negative: Unfortunately when we arrived the beds were made up as 2 double beds , it was advertised as a double and 2 single . We spoke to the cleaners and after they made a phone call they implied they would sort it . Unfortunately on return nothing had changed which was disappointing as it was a solvable problem as there was also a double sofa in the living room . No linen was left for us to be able to make this up so we had to request it for the next day . In addition to this we were a party of 4 and towels were only left for 2 people . We arrived on Saturday and this issued wasn’t resolved till the Tuesday. We liked the apartment but felt the agents let is down .

Positive: This property is exceptional. The location is excellent - 5 mins walk from Burriana Beach and 10 minutes from the Balcony of Europe, yet really quiet. There is parking close by if you come by car - you can buy a pass for the week at the local car park which worked out really good value. The property was really spacious and spotlessly clean, it was also well equipped with full kitchen equipment including a good size fridge and freezer and all the pots, pans and glasses you could ever wish for. It was also nice to see cleaning materials and washing powder and liquid left at the property as well as some basic kitchen essentials such as salt, pepper, olive oil - much appreciated. To top all of that off there were even beach chairs and parasols and a cool box and freezies for the beach - never been in a better equipped apartment. The roof top terrace was a huge plus - great size and a perfect place for relaxing in the sunshine or rounding off the evening with a nightcap. The pool was lovely and area around was very well maintained. Communication with the agent both before arrival and on arrival was excellent - we arrived late Sunday afternoon and had an issue opening the key safe. One phone call and there was an agent with us within 10 minutes to resolve. Would definitely highly recommend.
Negative: Being really nit picking here - Shower stall in 2nd bathroom is really quite small and has a curtain so that can stick to you - might be better with a screen? Entrance to the pool is outside of the apartment block - round the corner and enter through a locked gate (key provided) so bit more planning required to go to the pool. There are no sun loungers around the pool area.
Summary: Excellent property - great location, space and facilities. Highly recommend
