The apartment is air-conditioned, tastefully decorated and finished with distinctive details. The estate, of about 40 hectares, houses a lake, surrounded by woods, large enough for fishing, and an example of architecture of the Roman period. Together with the occupants of the other apartments, you will have access to a large swimming pool with children’s pool area, outdoor shower, playground, small playground and a patio with seating. The outdoor garden adjacent to the pool is divided into private areas each with its own sunbeds and umbrellas.
