The holiday apartment "Nerja with view - Capistrano Playa " is located in Nerja and boasts a fantastic view of the sea. This apartment is found high above the Burriana Beach. The terrace baths in sun from morning to late evening.
The apartment is south facing and has a large terrace on 27m² awning available as sun protection. The private outdoor area includes an open terrace with a table and 4 chairs. There are also comfortable lounge chairs with 2 side tables, and two sunbeds. The terrace is private with few immediate neighbours
The area Capistrano Playa, in which the apartment is situated, is built in several storeys. It has a garden with an artificial lake with turtles, fishes and waterfalls. The stairs in the garden leads you down to the most visited beach, Burriana in Nerja. Five to ten minutes down the stairs you find the beach, cafes, bars and restaurants.
There is a large pool and baby pool in the area, close to the apartment with a snack bar. The pool is not open all year round.
The apartment on 63 m² is bright and airy, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Other equipment is a well-functioning Wi-Fi/internet, air-conditioning/heating in all rooms, a washing machine and a TV. Towels and bed linens are included in the price. The apartment is smoke and animal free.
To walk to the town, Balcón de Europa it will take you 15 minutes from the beach. It takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to the grocery stores. If you want you can take the bus to the town. If you come by car, you can park free on the street and in the garage.
Please note that you need to walk several stairs to access the beach. This area is not suitable for people with walking problems or disabilities.

Summary: Pros: My husband and I have stayed many times in Playa de Capistrano and this is definitely one of the best apartments we have stayed in. The view is amazing from the terrace. It is so lovely to have a leisurely breakfast enjoying the view and later to enjoy a cold glass of wine in the evening. There is sun from morning until the sun sets and a canopy to shield you if it gets too intense. The apartment is decorated beautifully and well equipped, we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. For us this is the best area of Nerja to stay in as it is quiet, close to the beach and only a 15 minute walk into the old town. The owners are very quick to respond to any queries and we would definitely stay in their beautiful home from home again. It was wonderful.

Summary: Pros: Skøn lejlighed, alt var rent og pænt og beliggenheden perfekt. Lige ved stranden og i gå afstand til byen. Udsigt fra skøn balkon var fantastisk. Rigtig god kommunikation før rejsen fra patrice, hvilket føles trygt og godt. Poolen var også fin, dog vil jeg sige at 3,5 euro pr liggestol er lige i overkanten. Men man kan også benytte græsplænen. Vi klart anbefale lejligheden og kommer gerne igen :-)

Summary: Pros: We spent 6 weeks in this wonderful apartment overlooking Burriana beach. The view is spectacular and on the terrace there are loungers and comfortable seats to enjoy this view. You enter capistrano playa through the lovely garden and reach the apartment after a short walk. Everything is available for a nice comfortable stay and if it gets colder in the evening in the wintermonths you can warm up the apartment with the heaters. We were sorry that we had to leave and hope to return soon.

Summary: Pros: I recommend this apartment with spectacular views over the ocean and Burriana beach, to anyone who is not unable to walk hills and stairs. The terrace was wonderful and ideal for meals and relaxation. There are sun beds, lounge chairs and a nice dining table. There is basic bbq facilities as well. Indoors is nicely furnished and gives the feel of a permanent home. There are two firm beds and one medium. Kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom has an older basic standard but is clean and functional. The pool area was really nice, renovated 2015, and is close to the apartment. We highly recommend this apartment and would love to come back.
