Best location with views from the South facing over Burriana Beach and the Mediterranean. Large terrace with room for several seating areas, sunbeds etc. Upgraded with new furniture. The property itself has a well equipped lounge / dining room, serviced by a well fitted kitchen, washing machine, iron, security safe etc etc. Many people prefer this apartment for long term rent because of the well equipped kitchen, large terrace and sunny conditions.
Completely renovated. Spacious and cozy apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Located in one of the most picturesque residential areas of Nerja, hanging from the cliff overlooking the popular beach of Burriana. Kitchen: Eat well furnished and equipped with fridge freezer, vitro ceramic oven, microwavw oven, coffemaker, electric kettle, toaster and varied cooking utensils. Eating area seats four. Lounge: Very bright. Air condition in both bedrooms and lounge. Magnificent sea views, Burriana beach, mountains and other urbanization. Private terrace: Very wide 52 sqv. m. Magnificent views. Sun from morning untill evening. Not many apartments in Capistrano Playa have such good sunny conditions! Especially convenient during winter when you can enjoy sun and warmth in the afternoon and evening when the rest of the complex is in shade. Outside shower that will refresh while taking pleasant sunbathing. The furniture in the terrace will allow you to take relaxing sunbathing. A lovely lounge and high standard furniture on the terrace. Bedroom 1: Double bed, bedside table and wardrobe. Balconera access to the main terrace. Go to sleep listening to the waves from the Mediterranean! Magnificent views. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, bedside table and wardrobe. Bathroom: With bath.A highlight: It is located on the upper part of urbanization so enjoying stunning views. Easy access from garage, almost no stairs. It's sunny all day, both winter and summer.
Pool: The resort has 2 different campuses. In one of them is the pool for young children. The main pool is located on the terrace that surrounds the restaurant. The terraces around the pools are spacious and sunny. Ideal for taking long sunbathing. Find umbrellas and sun loungers.
Parking: Underground parking reserved for residents. Security: The security guards work every day. Distance from the beach: Walk trough a beautiful garden to the beach, restaurants, shops etc. Note! Many stairs since the complex is situated right on top of the beach. If you want to drive, you are at the beach in less than 2 mn, and will not have to cross the town. But if what you want is to forget the stress of the year, you have chosen the right place, and you will not have to use your car, you can access the beach via a staircase running through the lush tropical gardens of the resort. Supermarket: Supersol is just 5mn drive. It is open from Monday to Saturday (summer also open on Sundays) from 9 am to 9 pm. Offers free home delivery. Burriana Beach: Wide selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. Dive Center. Water activities varied. Rental of sun loungers. Nerja Center: Only 15-20 mn walk to Balcon De Europa.

Summary: Great south facing spacious terrace with dining and lounging furniture all to a decent standard. Two BBQ's for those who wished to cater - a good local supermarket within 15min walk (uphill). Two decent bedrooms, Kitchen nicely equipped, small sitting area - hence the appealing outdoor space makes all the difference. Outlook over Burriana is lovely. Walk into Nerja takes about 30mins which we did most nights. An awful lot of steep steps to navigate and a bit of a climb to get to the outskirts of the town. Well worth the effort to enjoy lots of good tapas and some nice restaurants - we have been to Nerja a few times now and were able to revisit some of our favourite haunts. Overall most enjoyable - especially as the weather in late September was warm and pleasant through our stay.

Summary: We absolutely love staying here. It’s such a wonderful place to be able to walk to everything! The beach is gorgeous and the people are so nice and we all love the pool. It was relaxing and Anne was a wonderful correspondent in advance.. We really recommend staying here if you’re looking for relaxing and beach and fun and lots of opportunities nearby.

Summary: For us the location was perfect. The appartment complex was quiet but within a few minutes walk we were near several good restaurants and bars and of course the beach.

Summary: Well located property with a lovely sun terrace. However when we arrived the reception office was closed and the key was not in the lock box as we were told it would be. There were people in the office but they did not open the door until we called the owner. There is some nice outside furniture, but only two sunbeds both sadly in need of replacement. The outside shower tray also needs retiling, it looked so grotty we did not want to use it. At least 6 lightbulbs needed replacement and one of the ribs on the parasol was broken. The small bedroom had no curtain, we had to peg a towel up over it for privacy. All these are easy to fix but make a big difference to the experience of staying here.

Summary: Apartment is close to the garage and the swimming pool. Very nice view from the large terrace! Despite the fact that it is a large complex, there was no noise in the evening and you could hear the sea from the terrace. To get to the sea you have to brave some stairs, but there is a nice walking path through the complex

Summary: Lovely, spacious apartment with loads of outdoor space on the terrace. Good communication from our host before our stay, with clear arrival instructions. We arrived late at night and the key had been left for us in a security box attached to the office door. The complex is set in beautiful gardens which lead directly down to the beach, with plenty of beachside shops, bars and restaurants in easy reach (though there are lots of stairs!). The walk to the town itself took about 15 mins alongside the seaside path, which avoided walking up a steep hill. The apartment was really well equipped, plenty of kitchen crockery and utensils if you wanted to cook; and the dishwasher and washing machine were useful to have. The communal pool on the complex has a bar offering a good range of drinks and food. The staff here, and Isabel at reception, were very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The apartment was great, everything you would need was there. It was lovely and clean, facilities fab. The view was stunning, the balcony was really big and well equipped, sun loungers, dining table and chairs, fabulous corner suit, shower, washing machine . The reason for the reduction in stars is for check in. Check in was 5 ish, we rang the number at 4.30 when we were at a supermarket close by and were told the "keys were in a key safe at the office door" we didn't see anyone at any given time. However, when we did ring, we spoke to a lovely lady who gave us all the information we needed. We had to find the apartment which we stumbled across thankfully due to a map (which should be outside the office not at the side of the pool which could be missed) apartment numbers are not consecutive. Would have been easier if someone had shown us. Beautiful gardens leading down to the beach & restaurants, a little challenging if to walk back up, possibly a taxi, which seemed plentiful but we had a car so it wasn't an issue. Plenty of good restaurants on the beach, we would definitely recommend The Steak House at Burriana Beach! We would definitely recommend this apartment as it was brilliant and if we were ever going back to Nerja, we would not hesitate to book it! Thank you for a brilliant stay.

Summary: Lovely location right at Buriana beach. Unique and stunning complex. many restaurants/cafes/shops right at beach, and easy 20 minute walk to central Nerja/Balcon. Patio is huge and stunning views for morning coffee and evening bbq/dining. Initially didn't get check-in procedure after online booking - but contacted owners and all resolved immediately. Onsite property manager at the complex very helpful.
