Summary: It felt like a beautiful oasis in the gorgeous gardens right next to the pool which the owner kept in perfect condition. Our 2 boys loved the pool, basket ball and tennis courts. The accommodation was perfect for a family and we particularly enjoyed our private terrace to sit outside and BBQ. The host was very welcoming and accommodating.

Summary: Wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt bei Cati und Rafael!!! Danke auch an das Team von Ideal Property - hat alles einwandfrei geklappt und wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Für unsere beiden Kinder (5 und 7 Jahre) und uns war der Aufenthalt in Cala Mesquida wirklich sehr erholsam und absolut perfekt! Die Kinder hatten täglich Spaß im Pool, am kindgerechten Basketballkorb oder auf dem Tennisplatz - dies alles haben wir mit einer weiteren Familie sowie mit den Gastgebern gemeinsam genutzt. War alles total unproblematisch, zuvorkommend und wirklich angenehm!! Cati und Rafael waren immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit, sehr herzlich, aber auch sehr fleißig tagsüber (im Spar-Markt unten im Ort), so dass man sie nur früh morgens bei Tätigkeiten rund ums Haus (Poolreinigung/Wässern der Pflanzen/Instandsetzung) oder abends bewusst als - dann aber als außerordentlich sympathische - Nachbarn wahrgenommen hat. Das Ein- und Auschecken war wunderbar organisiert. Wir haben die Wohnung außerordentlich sauber vorgefunden, inkl. ausreichend vielen Handtüchern für den täglichen Gebrauch sowie für Pool/Strand. Die Grundausstattung in der Küche ist ok und völlig in Ordnung, um den täglichen Gebrauch abzudecken. Auch ein „Starter Kit“ für Spül- und Waschmaschine war vorhanden (ein paar Pads). Toll ist die Möglichkeit, alle Mahlzeiten draußen auf der Terrasse einzunehmen! Unter Palmen und je nach Wunsch im Schatten:wunderbar! Auch das liebevoll ausgestattete Spielhaus fanden unsere Kinder super - während dort gebastelt und gemalt wurde, haben wir lesend in der Hängematte oder am Pool entspannt. Wenn man keinen Mietwagen hat, kann man alles fußläufig im Ort einkaufen: im „Spar“- Markt der Vermieter oder in einem weiteren Markt. Natürlich ist das Sortiment dort etwas eingeschränkt und nicht allzu günstig - aber wir waren für die Urlaubszeit damit auf jeden Fall zufrieden! Cala Mesquida ist sehr geprägt durch die beiden Clubs vor Ort. Wenn man gerne essen geht, sollte man mit Mietwagen planen - denn die Restaurants vor Ort werden in erster Linie von Gästen der Clubs besucht und nur in einem Fall können zum Lunch oder ab 21.00 Uhr „Externe“ dort hingehen. Abends auf der Terrasse kann man Teile der Animationsshows der beiden Clubs des öfteren mit verfolgen - bei der sonst dort herrschenden Ruhe aber für uns absolut ok und eher witzig (wir haben uns einen Spaß daraus gemacht, die Songs zu raten )!). Außerdem gehts nur bis 22

Summary: Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans ce très bel appartement. Il est parfaitement situé pour rayonner dans l’Est de Majorque. Le jardin est magnifique, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, du terrain de tennis, du basket, de la table de ping-pong et de la terrasse. La communication est très simple avec les propriétaires. Nous avons adoré et recommandons vivement ce logement !

Summary: Sehr nette hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wunderschönes Anwesen. Pool, Tischtennisplatte, Basketballkorb, Tennisplatz, Grill: alles, was das Herz begehrt. Frühstücksbrötchen in 3 Minuten zu Fuß, ein paar Meter länger gelaufen und man ist am Strand. Rund um schöner Urlaub, sehr schöne Unterkunft, absolut zu empfehlen.
