The luxury chalet "Casa Leon" with sea views is fantastically situated above Cala Mesquida on the hillside and is only around 450 metres from the sea and beach. Cala Mesquida is an idyllic little village with restaurants, grocery shops (e.g. a German butcher's shop) and boutiques. In addition to a beautiful sandy beach, you will also find one of the few bays on Mallorca with a dune landscape. This means you can enjoy absolutely unique fauna and flora. The nature reserve, which borders directly on the dunes, also guarantees unspoilt nature and perfect relaxation. The house offers every comfort and luxury.
Outdoor area:
The 730 m² property is completely fenced (electric entrance gate) and laid out on several levels, which are connected by stairs.
In the outdoor area, two wonderful, partly covered terraces provide for wonderful hours in the fresh Mallorcan air. The covered pool terrace with high-quality Weber barbecue and our sun terrace with loungers and lounge invite you to relax and are not without reason an absolute favourite spot of our guests. Located in the shade in the evening, the dining area with space for 6 people offers the ideal opportunity for relaxed BBQs. In the garden of the finca there is a second terrace with a pergola and an idyllic Mallorcan fountain. Here there is space for up to 4 people to enjoy a pleasant breakfast in the shade in the morning. Cool off on hot days in the 7 x 3 metre pool with outdoor shower, which can be reached directly from the living room at ground level and is an absolute must-have for any finca in Mallorca. In cooler temperatures, the heated outdoor whirlpool offers a cosy atmosphere for relaxing. The landscaped garden area with palm trees, banana trees and a wide variety of Mallorcan plants and seasonal flowers ensures rest and relaxation in your own little green oasis right on the doorstep. Casa Leon also has a garage with an electric door, which is directly connected to the house and leads into the hallway via a door. Free access to the property's own W-LAN is available throughout the property. Cala Ratjada is approx. 7 km away, Palma approx. 78 km.
Interior:
The 4-room house (hallway, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 1 living area, 2 terraces) with approx. 180 m² and two floors offers relaxation for the whole family with its modern and high-quality furnishings. Designed for a maximum of 6 adults, Casa Leon can be accessed either by stairs or through the garage.
On the ground floor is the living room with seating area, Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube etc.) and DVD, large dining table and fireplace as well as access to the terrace and pool. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge with freezer, blender and coffee machine. Two bedrooms with double beds (1.60 x 2.00 m each), satellite TV and air conditioning with hot/cold settings are located throughout the house. Both bedrooms have a large wardrobe with plenty of space for your wardrobe. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with bath/shower, WC and bidet.
On the upper floor there is a further bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), which is also equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning with hot/cold setting. A huge built-in wardrobe provides space for the entire wardrobe. The en suite bathroom has a WC and a modern walk-in shower with rain shower to relax in.
There are no additional costs on site. Bed linen and towels are included. Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron/ironing board available. Cot and high chair on request free of charge, pets allowed by prior arrangement.
The deposit must be transferred to our account 5 days before arrival.
The tourist tax must also be transferred to our account.
The indicated amount for the final cleaning / key handover is subject to a price increase by the property management.
For arrivals on Sundays and Mallorcan public holidays, no personal key handover is possible and the key is deposited in a key safe. The house briefing must take place the following day.
When refunding the deposit, all fees incurred, such as Paypal and transaction fees, tourist tax and the above-mentioned additional fees will be retained.

Location description : The small town of Capdepera is nestled between two hills in the extreme north-east of the island, not far from Cala Ratjada (3 km). A mighty castle dominates the townscape. From the fortress tower there is a marvellous panoramic view. The small village square with cafés, restaurants and shops is a popular meeting place. In August, a large festival is held in honour of the village saint. The beautiful sandy bay of Cala Mezquida, which is bordered by one of the largest and best-preserved dune systems on the island, is 6 km away. There is a beach bar, several restaurants and sun loungers for hire at the cove (only in the summer months). Bus service to Cala Ratjada. Beautiful hiking opportunities, also to the neighbouring bays of Cala Agulla (6 km, also a nature reserve) or to Cala Torta. 4 golf courses in the neighbourhood, the nearest in Capdepera (3 km). Arta with weekly market on Tuesday 8 km. Cala Ratjada with weekly market (3 km) every Saturday.
