Positive: Spacious and everything you needed. Host was very welcoming. Great location for Durham and surrounding areas.
Negative: Road outside was busier than I anticipated which was a little noisy at night. Still a lovely stay though. Thank you.

Positive: Good information from the owner, very comfortable apartment with everything you'd need, comfortable bed and strong shower, good breakfast supplies, easy bus ride to Durham city, pretty village and countryside. Ate at Hallgarth Manor House as the other two High Pittington options were permanently closed.
Negative: Nothing to dislike.

Positive: Very handy with the bus stop outside, making it easy to travel into Durham
Negative: Taps in kitchen a tad confusing, but that's a very minor point.
Summary: A very handy place to stay and Anne was very considerate in bringing us provisions to our taste.

Positive: Great little 2 bed flat in a relatively quiet area, short drive to shops. Beds comfy, lots of toiletries, very well stocked kitchen too. It was so nice to have real plants inside the property! Patio area was lovely in the sunshine.
Negative: The bathroom is very small, and the bath did not look very clean, but it was manageable for a short stay. Bedding had a slightly damp smell.
Summary: Good value, great for a short break :)

Positive: The property is a lovely flat in a fairly quiet location. It has its own private parking which is always a bonus. The Kitchen and bathroom could do with a bit of modernisation, but it had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We met Anne on arrival (as we arrived a bit earlier than anticipated) and she was very approachable. If there was any downside, the village didn’t have a local pub to go to in the evenings, without the need to drive. Durham was a good 15 - 20 minutes drive away. The park and ride was easily accessible.
Summary: Nice flat, in a quiet location, but would require driving to get to places.

Positive: The location was excellent as only a short distance to the Park and Ride and stress free access to Durham. Breakfast was as expected and host contacted me prior to my stay to establish preference for bread and milk. Also host provided excellent directions to the flat as I didn’t have sat nav
Negative: I found the flat difficult to fault in any way but due to my poor mobility I found the bathroom a bit compact but my daughter had no issues with the facilities
