2 Bedroom Apartment in Lazaret, Nice

This newly renovated apartment offers spectacular panoramic view of the city and sea. You can look down over the cityscape of Nice, the Baie des Anges, port and the old castle. The closest beach is approx. a 5 minute walk while a 10 minute stroll takes you down to the port and into the old town of Nice. Some excellent restaurants, hot nightspots and evening entertainment are all within easy walking distance. Also close by, a 10 minute walk is a large supermarket or within a few minutes you will find a mini-market providing the basic essentials. A communal pool with separate kiddies’ pool is located within the grounds and the apartment also has a private parking space in the underground car park. The accommodation includes a good size balcony with dining table and chairs. There is a new bathroom with shower and toilet. The modern kitchen has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven and induction stove.
The pool is open 15 April to 30 October.
One set of bedlinen and towels for 1 double bed (2 people) are included in the price. Supplementary bedlinen and towels for the sofa bed will be provided for €30.
Early & late arrivals can be accommodated 24/7, fees as follows:

Our Concierge will meet you in front of the building, where the apartment is located, to hand over the keys to you. She will explain where everything is and how everything works. She can be contacted anytime throughout the stay. We are also available as a backup.

Summary: We had a great week at Mont Boron. Communication with owners and instructions were great. The apartment has everything you need (big plus for the washing machine) and worth the price. The view from the balcony is just amazing! And nice with a large pool during warm days.10 min walk to a large Carrefour and 15 min walk to the harbor. Highly recommended!

Summary: We have just returned for a lovely holiday in Nice. The apartment was very clean, had a modern kitchen, modern bathroom with superb shower and a large balcony with table, chairs and 2 sunloungers. The views are amazing both over Nice, the Hills and the Port. It is definitely worth the walk up the hill for these spectacular views. The pool was always very quiet with lots of room to sit. I would definately recommend this apartment.

Summary: Thank you Dany and Nick for letting us enjoy a beautiful short break in your property in Nice! The apartment was perfect for us. The balcony is offering the very best view of Nice and I guess this already earns a 5 star rating for the unforgettable sunsets. We lost ourselves looking at the sunset, every evening we were hurrying to the apartment to catch the sun going down behind the Alpes Maritimes, overlooking onto the beautiful red roof tiles of the Old City of Nice. Other beautiful views are appearing when the lights of the city are switched on and the mountain with its old castle is illuminated by floodlights. The apartment is just a short walk to the centre of Nice and also a Supermarket is nearby. It has beautiful modern furniture, the bathroom and kitchen apliances are good quality, easy to use. Bus station is right in front of the apartment and served by all the routes you might need, it costs only €1.50 whether you go to the centre of Nice or to Monaco. The concierge service was excellent, very nice and friendly, and a nice bottle of red wine waited for us when we arrived. We'll certainly come back to this lovely place, we would like to use the swimming pool and take sunbaths, , therefore, we'll organise a holiday in Nice later in summer. Your apartment is an oasis of light and delight, it has all that we possibly needed and more. We will undoubtedly recomend it to our friends and family. Regards, Elena & Fabian

Summary: It was our first time to Nice and had no idea of what to expect. The apartment has the most amazing views of Nice, the port and the Cote de Azure coastline. Personally I think Mt Boron is the best location for accommodation, close to everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. There is a short walk directly down to the sea for a gorgeous morning and evening swim. Nice Old town is within walking distance and there is a bus stop is outside. The Apartment is very clean, modern and comfortable. The Pool has great views over the bay. It was very sad that we had to leave but will most definitely be back, not just to Nice but also to this perfect apartment in both location and facilities. Thanks Nick and Fanny for the warm hospitality.

Summary: My partner and I stayed here as he was competing in the Ironman competition in Nice. The apartment itself is modern, clean and has views to die for. The pool area is clean, quiet and the pool itself wasn't too cold! The location is a bit out of town, but it suited us down to the ground as a 20 minute stroll down to the action was perfect (there is a bus stop right outside if you're legs aren't up to the hill). Concierge we very helpful and the taxi service to and from the airport was great. Overall a lovely apartment and would be delighted to go back.

Summary: We had a lovely & relaxing week at the apartment & found Nice a very atractive place. We certainly are intent on returning. The apartment is well equipped & comfortable. The balcony is a good size for sitting/eating out & of course you have the fabulous vista. The location is quiet & with easy access to town. We enjoyed walking to/from Nice/the supermarket, not least to help compensate for the food & wine consumed, but there are frequent bus services that we could have alternatively used if we wished. So, overall we commend both the apartment & Nice. Best wishes Bryan & Margaret
