Summary: This was our second visit to this apartment. Ewa kindly coordinated a last minute early arrival for us. The apartment was clean, convenient, and the view is great. There were plenty of stores and restaurants within a short distance. We hope to stay here again!

Summary: The view from the apartment is super-fantastic! We woke up every morning and saw the Mediterranean sea - a beautiful view. We stayed during the off-season, in January, and most of the shops, restaurants and bars were closed, but a number of them were open and every restaurant we tried had outstanding food and service. There were many good restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The property was just as advertised. The property was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was functional and we cooked several breakfasts and dinners there. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: For some reason our host forgot we were coming and so the day of our arrival I finally heard from him I should have contacted him a couple of days before to tell him we had no information of where to checkin. The address on the Homeexchange didn,t get us to the location.....it should say the name of condo development “Caesar’s”. We waited for the place to be cleaned and finally got into our tiny home with a spectacular view. It was equipped with all we needed for a great 4 days. Location so good, beach wonderful. The pictures show that it is dated but hey the price was good for such a view. The first 2 nights the wifi was weak and was unable to zoom chat but on the 3rd and 4th day the streaming was really good. Thanks for improving the internet power. LOVE MAJORICA

Summary: Absolutely gorgeous view and very clean! I would definitely rent again! The only thing I would change would to be add stronger WIFi. The WIFi is extremely slow however coming from the states we had to have international plan on our phones. Super easy walking distance to everything 5 min walk to the market for water and etc. we didn’t rent a car and had no trouble. Again the view was worth the renting.

Summary: The location is good. given the price the booking is good, however no internet and some of the benefits of the place need to be updated a little. Door lock was broken. Only a single door key. The furnishings need updating. Otherwise great view and in a nice area of the town.

Summary: Santa Ponsa is definitely a great place to stay, ideal location to travel around the island, we used the buses and found it a great way to travel. The apartment is ideally situated, it is very clean and tidy, and well equipped, with fantastic views over the bay, we will definitely be going back

Summary: The Apartment is very beautiful and there is a really amazing view. We stayed there for 5 nights and love it. In the near of the Apartment are some Shops and Restaurants. The owner is also very helpful. If we came back to Mallorca we book this Apartment once again for sure : )

Summary: Overall the apartment was ideal. Great location, amazing view, easy access to the town of Santa Ponca and a private beach! The owner was very helpful and accessible via phone and email. Unfortunately, the contact he has helping give access upon your arrival was rude, unhelpful and even hung up on me as we were lost trying to find the apartment. She complained that we arrived on a Sunday which was inconvenient for her. Although this put a damper on our arrival and made it stressful for us, we still had a great stay and would recommend it. You may want to bring your own pillow- but other than that, the apartment is fully stocked and pictures don't do the view justice!
