Summary: Stayed here with my 17 year old daughter, my sister and nephew in August. Studio apt but never felt small or cramped, and in a great location, tucked behind the square and on seafront . Apt owners were great to deal with, everything.was straight forward from checking in to leaving. Place was spotless and had everything you need, the complex is lovely and everyone was extremely nice, we celebrated my daughters 18th here and everyone came up and congratulated her . Ideal location with several amazing restaurants on your doorstep, La Solano across the.street and Il Vivo are not to be missed!! And the.little bar outside is perfect.for your afternoon beer. We will definitely be.trying to book again, I'm a regular.in SP and this apt is a little.gem ...5 stars🙂

Summary: Easy easy check in and check out! Clean! New! Looks like the pics!!! Completely stocked with all your necessities. Everything is right outside the door. Very easy to get to the bus to get anywhere else on the island! Looking forward to going back!!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Skal. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was perfect for us. The pool is great and the view from the pool and balcony are beautiful. The apartment is clean and the kitchen has everything required for a short or long stay. Leonardo was on call and very helpful throughout our stay. We would love to go again.

Summary: Just back from staying a month in this lovely apartment. the view out towards the bay on a sunny morning is an eye opener. The apartment has everything needed for a stress free break and would perfectly suit a couple or those with small kids. It is situated in a quiet area but just round the corner you have the pubs, resturants and shops all within about 100 yards. You are only a short walk to the center of Santa Ponsa itself. I am already making plans to go back. Cant praise it enough
