Summary: Our family of four had a great experience. Everything was clean and very well kept. It seemed like the room had been recently renovated. The staff was helpful. And the location was close to the train station.

Summary: I really like this place but unfortunately I got 15 squared meters studio with single bed instead of the booked 26 squared meter apartment with double bed. This issue occurred two times in a row and staff didn't really take action to help. Not sure if should book again.

Summary: Good location, friendly staff, very clean, cosy and spacious room with fully equipped kitchen and most important to me: Really quiet (unlike some other places I’ve stayed at). Highly recommended!

Summary: The room was large and quiet. Coin operated laundry in the basement was convenient The position of Apartment 040 was great being only three U Bahn stops out from the city. We twice walked into the city via the lakeside which takes approximately 40 to 50 minutes.

Summary: We booked 5 rooms over New Year's Eve to get together a number of long time friends for the special event of the baptism of our daughter and for the Alster fireworks (10 mins walk). The rooms were very spacious (compared to average Hamburg hotel rooms) and had all we wanted, very quiet both in the building (very thick walls) and to the outside. Location is very good, within 5 mins walk to Mundsburg U3 and a large shopping center with food courts, restaurants etc.
