Positive: We loved Carlos’ place! We were a large group and so we rented out all four apartments for the weekend. All of the apartments are modern, well equipped and were spotlessly clean when we arrived. The outdoor spaces with each apartment are lovely and you have a great view of the sea from the upstairs apartments. The beach and the bars and restaurants of Can Pastilla are right on your doorstep, and Palma is just a short taxi ride away - Carlos kindly helped us to arrange taxis whenever we were heading out of Can Pastilla.
Negative: The pool is small, but not a problem as the beach is a 30 second walk away.

Positive: We had an amazing stay at Beach Apartments. Our flat was Canoa Apartment. It was fabulous! Really spacious and clean, equipped with everything needed. Lovely open plan and lovely terrace to enjoy the sun. We were met by Carlos, our host, who was very friendly, courteous and always ready to help. He left a bottle of Cava for us, ready chilled in the fridge, to enjoy when we arrived! The apartment was metres away from the sea, well positioned and 10mins by taxi from the airport

Positive: Amazing location, very clean , nice decoration. On the quiet end of the "strip," which was great. No noise at night. Would go back anytime.
Negative: Very small pool was only drawback , but as the sea was so close, it was okay, you could sun yourself on patio and dip in the sea
