This 1st floor one bedroom apartment in block D which sleeps up to 3 adults and an infant in a cot (up to 3 years), or two adults two children and an infant, at the Aphrodite Sands Resort is both spacious and elegant, perfect for a relaxing holiday away from the stress of everyday life.
The large bedroom features a king sized bed and elegant fitted Italian wardrobes giving a feeling of luxury throughout. The bedroom also has a patio door which leads out onto the balcony with views over the swimming pools. A cot is also available free of charge in the room, (bedding is not provided). There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge which sleeps an adult or two children.
The apartment has a fully equipped Italian kitchen with modern appliances, including built in oven with electric hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and toaster and kettle. The extensive cupboard and storage spaces are well stocked with crockery, cutlery, glassware, saucepans and basic housekeeping equipment including an iron and ironing board, to ensure you enjoy an effortless 'home-from-home' experience. An added bonus is the availability of a drinking water tap located in the kitchen, so no need to purchase bottled water.
In the well decorated living room there is a pull out sofa bed and a coffee table with a television and DVD player and a table with four chairs. On the large balcony which overlooks the pool area, there is a round table and four chairs perfect for enjoying an al fresco meal.
The peaceful and relaxing Aphrodite Sands Resort is the ideal location for couples and small groups to enjoy the large fresh water swimming pools surrounded by complimentary sun loungers and well established gardens.
For additional privacy and comfort, curtains and blinds cover patio doors and windows in every apartment ensuring restful relief from the bright sunshine and intense heat. There is a separate parking space for every apartment.
Wi-Fi internet connection and air conditioning units in all rooms provide excellent climate control, both summer and winter.
For those with little ones there is also a high chair and baby walker which can be used free of charge.
In addition the complex also offers an onsite Health and Beauty Spa, where there is a Jacuzzi and gym. Spa treatments are available, but are not included in the cost of the apartment.

Summary: Close to the airport and easy to find in Mandria. Found kitchen facilities a little bit limited but adequate none the less. Good value for money I think.

Summary: First class apartment,well equipped, spotlessly clean. Gemma was most helpful prior to and during our stay. We were very fortunate with the weather for early November. A car is a must to get about.

Summary: We have been to Mandria before. It is a great location for getting out and about in Cyprus, but also perfect for quite days and evenings and this apartment is perfectly located a short walk from the centre of the village. Great facilities in the apartment, well cared for. Lovely pool, little snack bar, comfy loungers. Would definitely go again, the owners were really helpful before we went too. Home from home.

Summary: The appartment has every thing you need in a very good location. 10-minutes from the airport and 25-minutes from Paphos. Mandria is a lovely smallish village but it has 6 eating places in the square, the complex is three or four minute walk.

Summary: My daughter and I had a great week in the apartment. Its only 10 mins from the airport, but not under the flight path so you're not disturbed by planes. The apartment was clean and a great size for two of us. Gemma was really helpful and incredibly responsive to my emails. Aphrodite Sands was a lovely complex. The pool is very child friendly with a shallow walk-in - plus there is a little playground for children too. Shops are a 5 min walk to the centre of Mandria - or a 5 min drive to the larger supermarket. It is also an easy drive to Paphos (to the waterpark or Tomb of the Kings) or to Limassol. Mandria has a number of bars/restaurants - we can definitely recommend "To Chorkon" for local dishes. We also drove to Kouklia some evenings and ate at Gabriel's which was excellent.
