Welcome to The Grove, a unique, exclusive villa nestled in an acre Orange Grove, near the coastline of Mandria village. Only 10 minutes walk from the village of Mandria, which boasts 4 taverns, 1 fish and chip restuarant and Indian / Chinese all of which are amazing value and quality. The local supermarket has everything that you could possibly need and is a minutes drive away. Mandria beach is approximately 2 km from the villa where you can relax on the sun loungers or enjoy a chilled glass of wine at the resident beach bar whilst watching the sunset across the Mediterranean. There are a choice of 3, 18 hole golf courses within a 10 minute drive and easy access to Paphos, Troodos, and Limassol - The Grove is the perfect hidden retreat to explore all that the island has to offer.
We are sure that you will be delighted with the bespoke designed villa which flows effortlessly throughout. The villa is cool in the Summer months but has been well insulated to ensure that you will be snug in the winter months.

Summary: We have just returned from 10 days in this beautiful villa & I am already missing it! The holiday was for myself, husband & two children (ages15 & 11) and my Sister in Law who joined us for some of the holiday. This beautiful villa had plenty of room for all of us both inside or outside in, what we all agreed, was one of the best pools we've ever had in a villa. Having the car included was also brilliant & made it all so much easier - usually we organise separate car hire so its one more thing to think about but not this time! Mandria was lovely - we've been to Paphos many times over the years but hadn't been to Mandria before but it is lovely. Some nice restaurants & a beach with a beach bar - could walk from the villa (we didn't because it was so hot but you could do it) Supermarket & petrol station very close to the villa as well which was great. If you're looking for a lovely, relaxing family location then this is perfect - I wanted to book again for next Summer but its already booked which tells you how amazing this villa really is! Thank you Fraser for providing us with a lovely villa & Louise for being so efficient during the booking process.

Summary: Fantastic place and facilities and the use of a car was brilliant. If you do book here most flights to the UK are late at night so perhaps book an extra day so you can stay at the villa. However would thoroughly recommend

Summary: This is a large stylish villa with a lovely outside area and a big pool. It was perfect for our first visit to Cyprus and the car was a great bonus. The grounds are beautiful and teeming with wildlife and wonderful flowers. It was good value for money, just be aware it borders a big road which at times is noisy.

Summary: I know I'm repeating previous reviews, but the villa really does exceed expectations both inside and out. Fraser has created a beautiful and comfortable oasis, yet the property is only minutes from the sea, the supermarket, and the coast road, making exploration further afield easy. After a particularly bad winter in Cyprus, we were lucky to arrive at the same time as a change in the weather and had nine blissful days - the scent of orange blossom from the surrounding grove was a spring bonus. The pool is enormous, too, and I enjoyed my early morning wake-up dips; it's unheated – great to get the circulation going at the start of the holiday, warming up nicely for the Easter/summer season by the time we left! Fantastic space for all the family, inside and out, and our first post-Covid holiday could not have been better. We would love to stay here again.

Summary: We just stayed as a family of four and had an amazing time at The Grove. The villa is massive (far too big for just four of us!) and the pool is huge, which really made for great swimming for the family and not just splashing around. The car is an added bonus and really saves on the hassle of collecting and returning a hire car. Owner Fraser was always quick to respond with any questions, and agent Louise had top recommendations on local restaurants and attractions. We'd love to return one day, possibly with another family to fill up the space! Thanks again for all your hospitality.

Summary: We recently returned from our stay at this lovely villa. It was absolutely stunning. The setting is lovely - the only minor gripe would be the road noise and the dog barking but this didn’t detract too much from our enjoyment of the villa . We stayed in October so the pool was cold but I still swam every day and was quite refreshing as the weather in the day was pretty hot. Fraser was fab picking us up and taking us back to the airport and was really flexible with us after our less than straightforward start to the holiday - would definitely return

Summary: Wow, wow, wow! We have just had an incredible weeks holiday at the grove. This villa is stunning. In fact we had booked one week in Paphos at the Grove and one in Protaras and as soon as we arrived in Protaras, we wanted to be back at the Grove. You cannot compare this villa to any other villas. It is most certainly an owners home rather than a rental. The house is gorgeous, the interior design is just so well thought through. The kitchen area is spacious and is well stocked with everything you need, there is a water cooler so you constantly have cold refreshing water, there is even a wine cooler which we made use of! The house has extra provisions such towels and the utility room was really handy to get our washing done. The bedrooms were well laid out and the beds were so comfortable. There were 8 of us but the villa is big so we were never in each other’s way. The pool area is huge with lots of sun beds and the pool itself is much bigger than other villas. I was able to do lengths every morning and the kids loved diving in the deep end. The location of the villa is very quiet in the middle of a stunning lemon grove. I am not sure why someone mentioned road noise as we couldn’t hear it. The use of the car was fab as we were able to go as a family to visit places such as Coral Bay and the water park. Frazer, the owner was very helpful and always on hand when we needed something. We ate out in Mandria at the tavern and the fish and chips restaurant which were delicious and good value. We also got a few cabs into paphos harbour and the old town. Muse is a gorgeous restaurant with stunning views and we also ate at the Almyra hotel at Ouzeri which is also pretty special as it’s right on the sea front. We are sad to have had to leave as we had the most amazing holiday in this beautiful place. We are definitely coming back and soon. Thank you Frazer! Karen and family

Summary: We had a great week at this villa, enjoying the last of the Summer sun in Western Cyprus. The villa itself is modern and well-equipped and you can tell it is an owner’s home rather than an investment property. The fact that we had use of a spacious car was the icing on the cake....but also a necessity because of the villa’s location. With the car it was just over a 10 minute drive into Paphos and the harbour area, or 10 minutes in the opposite direction to be in the lovely hillside village of Kouklia. For us it was pretty ideal as we prefer to be a little bit away from the very busy tourist locations. The only slight drawback was the road noise whilst lounging by the pool. However, once inside the house the first-rate sound insulation and double-glazed windows meant we didn’t hear a thing, especially at night. The owner was on hand by phone or text to resolve any issues which arose or answer any questions, which he always did in a friendly and timely manner. If we return to Cyprus, we would happily stay again.
