Positive: The view of the apartment is just so nice to the lake. There's a bench at the backyard, it is so nice to just sit there and enjoy the the wonderful lake view. The host is very friendly and helpful. Thank you.
Negative: Nothing but just the stair going form from the car park to the apartment need to very careful. Need to inform the guests by the photo and message to show. Not suitable with heel or boot heels.

Negative: the place was a little bit difficult to get in or getting Taxi from there so i highly recommend to rent car specially if you have family.

Negative: Very hard to travel if you don’t have a car - bus stop is literally on the road and the buses are very cramped and hot. Long drive to either Como or Bellagio.

Positive: Lovely welcome from the hosts with snacks and drinks left for us. Lovely, clean spacious property with a great view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Communication with hosts was great - thank you!
Negative: Location was a little out of the way/hard to navigate without a car as we found the buses to be unreliable. Not a problem with the property but just something to be aware of!

Positive: The top veranda offers a lovely view, and Marco is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They even treated us with panettone and wine, adding a special touch to our stay. The apartment impresses with its generous space, high ceiling cleanliness, and comfort. The view is truly beautiful, and the facilities are of high quality. Each room has efficient heating (visited in December), and all windows are equipped with blackout curtains for added comfort. Moreover, the location is incredibly tranquil, and it's just a short drive to must-visit destinations like Como and Bellagio when exploring the lake.
Negative: Please note that the bedroom on the upper floor has creaky floors, which is something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper staying in the bedroom on the main floor.

Positive: There is a nice outlook from the top veranda and the host is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable.
Negative: The property is hard to find, particularly at night. I think it is best stayed at if travelling by car. The ferry is located about a 15-20 minute walk/climb and bear in mind it is the equivalent of climbing a 50 storey building each time that you return by foot from the ferry We travelled to Bellagio and Como by ferry The bus is much closer Stairs need to be negotiated with luggage to access There are very limited facilities, shops and restaurants within walking distance
