Positive: Location and view were good.
Negative: The property does not have proper heating and there is only 3kwh power supply. We arrived and were met by the host who speaks only Italian. Instructions were indistinct. When electric heating is on, you can‘t cook. It was difficult to find where to activate the electricity again after it goes off because of normal use. The floor is ceramic and thus very cold. The appartment is full of personal belongings and decoration leaving almost no space for comfortable stay. No proper bed linen.
Summary: Cold and not comfortable.
