Summary: There are lovely views from the apartment balcony and a good sandy beach so close that you can change into your swimming costume indoors and return for a shower after your swim without dressing. There are cafes and shops nearby; including one little corner shop two minutes walk away (with helpful and friendly staff) and a hypermarket 15 minutes walk away (with Burger King and Kentucky Fried, if your children like that sort of food). I had a problem communicating with the owner and her representative as I don't speak Spanish and my French is poor: contrary to what the site says, the owner does not speak English. There were a number of ceiling light bulbs in the apartment which were not working (though plenty of table lamps) and a problem occurred with the kitchen ceiling leaking; possibly caused by a tenant in a flat above. It would be helpful if the owner could provide a local map showing where the bus stops are and information about public transport to and from Valencia (I had to take a taxi home from there the first time I visited as I couldn't find the return bus stop and no-one understood my questions about its location!). All in all, however, I had a very pleasant holiday.

Summary: Nice apartment with a great view - well equipped. The bedding situation could have been better. Sheets pillowcases and blankets all a bit unkempt and untidy. The induction hob was a pain until we learned how it should be used. No instructions. An english news channel on the TV would have been nice. And a little information on buses and general travel. A map on how to find the flat would have saved us an hour walking. We enjoyed Valencia and the general area, but I wouldn't stay at the flat again unless I knew some improvements had been made.
