Positive: I loved the natural, homey vibe of the apartment. It felt like living in a real home. The cozy and positive atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. The details of everyday life were thoughtfully present, making us feel like we were truly living the local experience. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee with a stunning view. Also, Clara, who handed over the keys, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She introduced us to the area, offered to arrange a car, and made sure we felt welcome and safe. The flexibility of allowing us to leave our luggage after checkout was a huge help as well.
Negative: The cleanliness could have been better, especially the floor, which was a bit dusty when we first arrived, likely due to the balcony. However, the hosts mentioned they were in the process of changing their cleaning service, so this should improve.
Summary: A delightful and authentic stay with a warm, homely feel and beautiful views.

Negative: Nothing, but parking the car was sometimes difficult , but easy to find a solution

Positive: The property is right at the center of the small yacht harbor of Sayaplaya , just as the picture shows; Very comfortable, two bathrooms, clean and spacious with easy parking facilities. Clara is a wonderful host. Recommended for a stay to visit Valencia !
