COMPLETELY RENOVATED 2021
Apartment ideally located in the heart of the resort.
It is the closest residence to all the shops and activities:
- Ski school (the children's village at 50m)
- Carrefour Market opposite
- Ice rink in front of the entrance to the residence
- Tourist office and cash desk at 100m
- Ski rental and restaurants at the foot of the residence
And all the services offered by the resort: aquatic center (Aquariaz) medical center…
Of course, departure and return ski in ski out, with ski locker in the basement of the building.
The apartment faces west and overlooks the heart of the resort.
The equipment of our apartment is new in a neat and warm decoration:
- 2 connected 40-inch Smart TVs (living room and master bedroom)
- Nespresso coffee maker
- Dishwasher
- Kettle, toaster, microwave, 2 induction hobs
- multifunction oven
- fridge with freezer compartment
- a ski boot dryer
- 1 USB charger to charge your phone integrated in each reading light in each room
(2 in the master bedroom / 3 in the mountain bedroom)
The apartment includes:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 140/200
- 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (140/200 downstairs and 90/200 upstairs)
Each bed is equipped with pillows and duvets (double bed 220/240 and small bed 140/200)
- 1 bathroom with double sink and shower - 1 separate toilet in the entrance
- airlock in the entrance with electric ski boot dryer
Bed linen is included in the price and the beds are made on arrival for the WINTER season. (In summer please bring your sheets and towels)
In WINTER Rental from Saturday to Saturday.
In summer day rental - 3 nights minimum.
We also own the 18 m² studio (2-3 people) adjoining this apartment and a 36 m² apartment (5 people) located on the 5th floor of the same residence.

Summary: Wonderful apartment and really well organized. Has everything in place for a week long vacation. The only downside is that it's loud at night and you can hear people until the early hours of the night.

Summary: The property was well kept, clean, well presented and all utensils you could need. Check in was seamless. As soon as we walked into the apartment we were so happy we had booked. The feel of the apartment was cosy alpine and we are already looking at returning next year!

Summary: A lovely apartment in the heart of the resort. Very well thought out and equipped for a comfortable stay and access to all the fun and adventures in Avoriaz. We found it perfect for our family of four. All amenities were of excellent quality but the shallow shower screen meant that water easily got splashed onto the floor. We had a little trouble finding the correct apartment at first as there are two doors to the building and we needed the one on the left which does not have the building name above it.

Summary: Our communication with the host, Marion, has been fantastic. Marion went out of her way to help us. The apartment is perfectly located right opposite the village des enfants and central to the bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped. Beds are comfortable and the boot dryer is particularly useful. Check-in/out was easy. We had a wonderful stay.

Summary: I love this apartment - it is in the best location, right in the centre of Avoriaz. It is well decorated and a lot of thought has gone into making sure there are enough shelves and hooks so you can keep all your ski stuff in order! Will definitely be booking again! Thank You!

Summary: The apartment is situated right in the centre of Avoriaz and was perfect for us due to the proximity of the village des enfants and other amenities. The apartment itself was very nice inside and very cosy. The layout suited us (2 adults & 3 children) really well without the need to sleep in the living area. The apartment was also really well appointed with nice duvets, modern kitchen equipment and a boot warmer for cosy toes the next day. Finally there was also the really nice welcoming touch of more than one toilet roll, oil, vinegar and coffee for the machine, all that eased arrival and made us feel welcome. We will definitely be back.

Summary: The apartment was right in the centre of the resort with everything you want on your door step. Marion was great and very helpful recommending restaurants and offering to book a meal Christmas Day for us. The apartment was a good size for us and our two young children. Nespresso machine was a godsend in the morning! Mike who met us at the property was also very helpful and spoke to the suppliers of the linen on our behalf. The apartments main building is quite dated and could do with some decorating, but the apartment itself was perfect for what we needed. Our only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the apartment could have been cleaner when we arrived i.e. could have done with a hoover and there was crumbs in the microwave and around the sink. This could have been due to us arriving at lunchtime and the servicing team not getting to the apartment. The linen was also not great quality (stained in places) and the wrong size for one of the kids beds, however this is a third party company and not supplied direct from Marion. It certainly didn’t stop us having a great week and having a nice warm apartment to come home to. Overall, this is a great base in Avoriaz with all you need for the week, and Marion is an excellent host. I’d recommend this apartment to young families and small groups.
