Positive: The owner, Mr. Edgar was very easy to contact, he offered to pick me up, he facilitated my arrival with advices, so everything was very ok from his side. The location was good, it has a skiroom, TV with internet, WIFI, and the apartment is complete with what you need for a week, whether you come alone, or with children, etc. the kitchen has everything, the apartment has a great view, of course easy access to ski etc. It was a very nice experience.
Negative: Although the beds are very comfortable, I think maybe a renovation here and there is welcomed. The apartment is not new, but I think most of the apartments there are like that. One very annoying thing is that every time you use the elevator you have to have the apartment key with you, to apply it every time. I don't see the point. The air in the apartment can get a bit dry in the night, but that applies maybe only to us, maybe no one else noticed that. Ah, and during night, it gets a bit cold after 3-4 in the morning, a bit unplesant, especialy for kids. I could not make that termostat working :) But was not the end of the world, it has 2 X heating systems that can be easy plugged in, but it will dry up the air inside the room.
Summary: Good location like all the apartments in Avoriaz, easy access to the cable cars, good host.

Positive: Location to slopes and chair lifts. The owner was very helpful met us at the Prodain lift with great introduction to the apartment
Negative: No problems at all.
