Summary: We have just returned from our 3 week holiday at the home of Jean-Eves and his family. We were 3 adults and had one of the gites which had 2 double bedrooms. The gite itself was very clean and catered for all our needs. The details on the website are absolutely spot on - the gite was homely and the pool was stunning but what topped it for us was the beautiful billion dollar view we had to look at everyday. Jean-Yves was an exceptional host, on hand at all times, making sure the grounds and pool areas were kept clean and tidy. Always asking if we needed anything. He even helped us with the lighting of the BBQ, the first time we used it. I hasten to add this was not a normal BBQ, it was a small pit in the middle of a round table with 6 tall chairs under a straw gazebo. Quite hard to explain but I hope he puts pictures of it on his website because its fabulous and easy to use. We stayed in Antibes last year and used the train to travel around this year we hired a car. The location of the property made it really easy to go anywhere we wanted. I would also add there were 3 gites on the property and we had some incredible neighbours. The German family next door (I sadly didn't get their names) were an absolute delight. Thank you Jean Yves for making our holiday so brilliant. I absolutely recommend this property to anyone.

Summary: Really nice house at a quiet location. The pool is lovely and fresh and the view is fantastic. The hosts are nice people and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Summary: From the initial booking, all through our stay and leaving, this was a wonderful place. The location has stunning views. The host, Jean Yves, was fantastic, great communication all the way and very helpful with everything. My family really enjoyed our short holiday here and look forward to returning next year. Summary: Stunning views and pool area which we had to ourselves for nearly the whole 2 weeks! Beautiful patio area to enjoy breakfast with amazing views. Very quiet area and the peace was wonderful. Huge amount of things to do - we travelled with our two teenage daughters (17 and 15) and visited Monaco, Cannes for the firework festival, Nice and Villefranche-sur-Mer all easily and cheaply by train. Within Cagnes-sur-Mer we enjoyed the races at the Hippodrome, stunning sunsets, strolls and bikes along the promenade and water sport fun. Easy access supermarket and patisseries within 5 minutes drive. Jean-Yves was very helpful and resolved any queries immediately.

Summary: Fantastic shared pool which may be cramped if every apartment is occupied but we had it to ourselves for most of the holiday which was great. Apartment was very clean and complex was beautiful with great views. Aircon was excellent in each room which we needed after a long day in the sun touring Cannes, Nice and Monaco. It’s in a great location for touring the cote d'azur and close to railway station Cros-De-Cagnes-sur-Mer which provides regular services along all locations on coast which is needed as parking and traffic can be problematic. Jean yves was an excellent host and despite us arriving in early hours of the morning he was available to welcome us. He was on hand to ask questions and provide recommendations. Would benefit from a cleaning service with fresh sheets and towels during the stay. I would highly recommend saying here and would have no hesitation in coming back in the future.

Summary: The whole family had a fantastic time, Jean was very helpful and friendly, and he made sure everything went smoothly for us in the apartment. The children loved the pool (and so did my wife and I) view was fantastic, the apartment was fairly basic but meet all our needs. The place was very safe, which made it easy to relax even with a 5 and 7 year old. Over all I would highly recommended a say their.

Summary: This is one private place situated on a hill with views out to the Mediterranean. The place has great landscaped exotic garden with one delicious swimming pool that only tenant uses. The apartment is spacious and airy, we make some food even in the house when we use the grill that is available to all .This is one great starting point for many great trips / bike rides. Close to all the sights. This is the sixth time we are here, and we will definitely again. Regards Rune H Jensen with family and friends :)

Summary: We had a fantastic weeks stay (working and vacating) with our four-month-old baby. The area was perfect for us, close to Nice, Antibes and the airport (yet we were not disturbed by air traffic noise). The nearest bakery, supermarket etc. is close by, but having access to a car is essential. There are several parking spaces on the property. The apartment is clean, cosy and practical, kitted out with all the necessities, including reliable wifi. Right outside is a lovely dining area perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. The great outdoor area is even more amazing than in the photos, with stunning views, a beautiful and clean pool, lounge chairs, warm water shower and a roof covered pool house. Jean-Yves was a great host, really helpful and professional. We will definitely be coming back!
