Positive: Super owner, excellent location. A few steps and you are by the sea. A short walk from the accommodation is full of restaurants, bakery. The apartment is fully equipped, including coffee, teas, towels. There is a bedroom and a comfortable large sofa bed.

Negative: Nothing. Perhaps that it’s not available now for my next trip in August

Positive: Very spacious apartment, comfy bed and sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen and all appliances you need, plus stocked with all those useful products, like moquito spray, kitchen roll, bin bags etc. Great shower, super quick hot water, great AC. Lots of little touches to make you feel at home, and plug sockets near mirrors. Great size balcony with lovely view of gardens and fantastic location close to beach and restaurants. Supermarkets very close. Close to excellent bus service to the airport. Quiet, clean and very relaxing.
Negative: No tin opener, that;s the only thing I can be negative about.
Summary: Fantastic apartment in a great location and would definately stay again

Positive: From a position standpoint, the apartment is perfect. I was @ the local Hyppodrome for a wine fair - so it's a 3 minutes commute from there by car. Not sure about the time walking, but it cannot be much more than 15 minutes (if it is). So even if you had a few ones too many and cannot drive, it's very manageable to get there :) It's 50 metres from the seaside, just around the corner of the street that runs along the coastline. Very clean, ample, all the comforts you may wish for and possibly more. The fact it's not exactly on the promenade ensures that you can sleep sound - no hinderance from the night movida. There is a wide choice of restaurants and you can even decide to cook by yourself - the apartment has all you need for that. There are shops nearby to grab something to cook. The beds are "french" size which means (for us italians) that they are a bit small - think king size rather than queen size. If you're a couple you can definitely enjoy the closeness - if you're just friends sharing a bed... not so much, i guess! I will definitely be back here if I'm not travelling alone.
Negative: Uh... I dunno. Surely the fact I had to go back home. There were really minor things here and there, but nothing really important so I don't think it's appropriate to talk about them. I'm not a nitpicker.... :D
Summary: Wow. Far beyond my expectations.
