Summary: Overall, the hotel was acceptable. The room itself was clean with the exception of spots on the carpeting. Also, carpets in the hallways and stairwells were dirty. The place seems like it was charming at one time, but needs a lot of TLC and upgrades to bring it back up the that charm.

Summary: They advertise on their site that they have a pool, hot tub, snack bar and deli. There was no snack bar or deli at all.The pool and hot tub were what we booked it for, for our granddaughters, mostly, staying with us. Well, the hot tub broke 5 days before we checked in. We weren't informed. I can see that things break and parts take awhile to get for hot tubs. But, inform someone ahead of time. The pool was closed also when we were there. A hot tub being broken should not effect the pool, closing it also. They day we checked out, they told us the pool was now open. Thanks a lot, not, as we were checking out you tell us the pool we now can't use is open? The rooms were huge and clean, but the TV's were tiny, and mine at a severe angle to the side of bed instead of in. I got a neck ache. We asked for rooms away from the elevator and on top floor, we got rooms not on the top floor, and one of the two rooms we rented was right across from the elevator. Our room was very far away from our daughter's and grand daughters' room. When we said we were shocked no hot tub or pool, the staff took out our the first day, to tell the manager. The second day, they again took our name and email and cell phone number, as they said the manager said we would get a partial rebate of our total cost becuase of the pool and hot tub closed. We DIDN'T ASK for THIS, they suggested it. Well, the rebates never came. We emailed them and called, they never responed. We felt lied to.

Summary: It’s a bed. The bed is comfortable enough. The shower rod was loose. Some of the outlets didn’t work. And the room was pretty musty smelling. It basically felt like a pretty basic house flip.

Summary: NOT ON THE BEACH! You have to pay a $12 walk on fee to get onto the beach. Unfortunately, the other guests were slobs and left messes on the upper patio area. Which could be updated. The location near the beach and everything was great. The staff was nice.

Summary: The pool was green and we chose this hotel because my grandson loves to swim. However, it was so full of algae we didn’t let him swim. He was very upset. I would like an adjustment to our bill for our stay.

Summary: View from room was amazing . Staff very pleasant. 2 minute walk to the beach. Needs a little TLC but beyond that still very clean.

Summary: Hot Tub and pool and deck closed. Seems intentional and should not be advertised. Specifically wanted a place with pool for little kids. Beach was awesome so less of an impact. Front desk workers had to deal with lots of complaints. Some people who booked directly were promised some refund. Staff seems very hard working so owners need to deliver on what is advertised. Better to book directly.

Summary: Nice play to stay near the water. Conveniently located near beach, shops and restaurants. Could use more work to make it what it once was…a hot spot/side patio with music, food & drinks. They also had a really nice restaurant, free breakfast and ballroom, but haven’t seen either in years.
