Neat and Charming Two Bedroom Condo in the Pier - Walk to Beach & Restaurants!
Immaculate and crisply decorated 2 BR/1.5 Bath condo, in a 6 unit complex nestled in the heart of the Pier. It’s an easy walk to the sea wall – South County’s strolling capital. Two living areas, each with a separate deck – one off the upstairs living room with water view, and one off the lower living room. The perfect escape for a group of 6 guests!
Narragansett is a beautiful beach town with something for everyone. With many family friendly beaches to choose from; Scarborough Beach, Narragansett Town Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, and Salty Brine State Beach, all a short drive away. Close by, the Block Island Ferry brings travelers to both Block Island, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket, a lovely day trip. Grab lobsters off the boat in Galilee, or grab dinner and drinks in the port! There are plenty of entertainment options close by, and in Providence and Newport. Take a trip to Charleston or Westerly, to explore more of Rhode Island's beautiful beaches, history, and eclectic art instillations and galleries!
This condo is walking distance to Narragansett’s treasured Town Beach and an easy walk to eateries and local night spots. Being centrally located, 10 minutes one direction takes you to the Block Island Ferry, whale watching, sprawling state beach, fresh lobsters off the boats and more. 20 minutes north brings you to Newport, Jamestown, Wickford, and the Martha’s Vineyard Ferry. For those not familiar with the area, you’ll be vacationing in a sports mecca: surf in world class waters, deep sea fishing, sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, biking, mini golf, go-carts, antiquing - whatever your fancy! No traffic! Always plenty to do or as little as you’d like!
The first floor features an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, the cozy living room space and the full bathroom. Up stairs, the two large bedrooms, and half bathroom can be found. Each with queen size bed! The vaulted ceiling in the upper level allows for loft bedroom, found at the top of the spiral staircase. Ocean views from the upper deck, and A/C wall units in the living rooms. Enjoy a quick rinse off after a long day at the beach, in the non-enclosed outdoor shower. Then wind down on the outdoor patio with a bite to eat, or a drink in hand, while the warm salty air reminds you why Narragansett is your favorite place to vacation!
**Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will arrive in a big linen bag at your doorstep. The items are packaged in plastic to ensure that each renter is given a fresh set for their stay. This will mean making the beds, as I like to make sure that is understood as part of our efforts to put our renters' minds at ease regarding the cleanliness of the linens. Starter supplies are provided with each rental. Starter sets include at least: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom. Guests will need to bring anything they'll need beyond those starter supplies.

Summary: Beautiful scenery. I loved sitting on the top deck reading, eating lunch, and enjoying the view. Walking to the beach and restaurants allowed us to soak in the ocean air and get a closer look at the homes and gardens in the neighborhood. The layout of the property worked well for my family and on hot days the air conditioners were perfect. We also enjoyed the outdoor shower with warm water.

Summary: Walk to restaurants and ocean, sleep with an ocean breeze, what's not to like? The view of the ocean from the balcony is great. Its clean and easy to live in with the two bathrooms and separate sleeping areas. Hints: bring a dish towel or two and don't plan to have older people sleep in the loft. the stairs are quite steep.

Summary: The property is ok. I would say there are more steep stairs than anticipated. The second bedroom is in a hot loft and up a narrow spiral staircase Not a lot of air up there. The listing or review mentioned property was immaculate I think that is a stretch. I also believe I read there are A/C units. One unit is in the closet. Property was ok. Great proximity to Beach and the Coast Guard House. Thank you

Summary: We had a wonderful time! Location was fantastic as it’s right up from the ocean wall, property was super clean and bright! Neighborhood is super quiet. We were so sad to leave but will be back!

Summary: The place was neat and simple for our family needs. Kitchen is well equipped. The place lacked some basic items to make it feel a bit more vacation oriented, stuff like table cloth so it is nice to sit and eat outside. We were also quite shocked that there was no toilet paper or paper towels which seems basic for vacation rentals. Not single role! The day before last they notified that the next reservation got cancelled and we asked if we can stay longer but go no reply. Overall it was basic and great location, but lacks attention to details and communication.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here. AC was installed in the bedroom since a prior review. The loft bedroom is still hot and on warm days, I recommend running the AC in the upper living room to cool it down. The upper living room and the view from the upper deck are lovely, and there are nice ocean breezes from that side.
