This breathtaking oceanfront vacation villa is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath located on Bolongo Bay on the south side of beautiful St. Thomas, USVI! At a spacious 1,260 SF, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy island life.
Sea Cliff Villa, Unit 20-21 is privately owned and operated, non-smoking, featuring central air-conditioning, comfortable living room, 2 oceanfront balconies, fully renovated bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. Each bedroom features a king bed. The villa is beautifully decorated in hues of the ocean, with beautiful views and beach decor throughout.
Sea Cliff Villa has one of the best locations on the island, with amazing views of the Caribbean from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. This villa's location welcomes breezes from the tropical trade winds throughout the day (you may not even need the A/C!), and uninterrupted views of the water and neighboring islands. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean every night, just outside your door!
The Ocean View Room (master bedroom) features a king size bed, plenty of hanging and drawer storage, and access to an oceanfront balcony. The Ocean View Room features a luxurious ensuite bathroom, with an oversized shower and vanity.
The Starfish Room (guest bedroom) also features a king bed, plenty of drawer and hanging storage including a large closet, and a full bathroom just down the hall.
For guests wishing to stay with up to 5 guests, a queen size air mattress or a pull-out queen sleeper sofa is available by request. This additional bed can be set up in the large living area or pulled out from the sofa.
The spacious living room has a large flat screen smart TV with DVD player and cable. Living room seating includes a large sectional couch and chair, and two seagrass barstools are adjacent to the living space at the counter area.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you could need to cook and enjoy your time on the island! Stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, pots/pans, utensils, plates and drinkware are all provided. The kitchen area also features a high-top dining table that comfortably seats 4, with breathtaking views of the ocean from every seat!
Other villa amenities include: in-unit washer and dryer, linens and towels, including beach towels, hair dryers in each bathroom, and an auto-locking front door that allows you to enjoy the beach or pool without the hassle of a key!
On-site amenities include: 2 restaurants (Iggies Oasis and Mim's Seaside Bistro), access to 3 swimming pools, Bolongo Bay Beach, water sports including personal watercraft, paddle boards, aqua tricycles and much more. The Heavenly Days catamaran departs from Bolongo Bay Beach, and makes sails to nearby Buck Island to snorkel with the sea turtles.
St. Thomas and the US Virgin Islands have endless possibilities for you to create the vacation of your dreams! Unlimited dining options, some of the world's best beaches, shopping, family activities, nightlife and much more is all within just a few minutes from your front door.
Sea Cliff Villa is a short drive (or reasonable taxi ride) from the Cyril E. King Airport (STT)- no passport required for travel to the USVI from the USA! While taxis are available at the airport and major tourist areas, we highly recommend renting a car to explore all that the island has to offer!

Summary: This is a great condo with beautiful views just like the pictures on the website & it has everything you need to enjoy your vacation, although we didn’t make time to use the pools they looked really nice. Sara was great & very quick to respond to any questions we had. A word of caution DON’T skip the bug spray we got bit up the first night when we ate at Iggy’s food was good but bugs terrible & my adult daughter had red bites all over legs she itched the rest of the week which made it miserable for her we seen several people at the airport going home with bites on their legs also some got the bites on one of the beaches. Bug spray is your friend here.

Summary: Everything about this home is perfect. It has lots of extras you can use such as snorkeling gear, pool noodles, cooler. Kitchen is very well equipped. AC worked great, they also provide lots of fans. 3 pools to choose from and pickleball and tennis courts. Host was a great communicator, graciously allowed us to check in early after a long day of travel. We hope to stay here again

Summary: There isnt much I can add to the stellar reviews already given. I have stayed in dozens of rentals and it is clear that this host really cares about their guests having a wonderful stay. The thoughtfulness of the amenities was stunning. Next time I know I can leave half my suitcase behind! We most enjoyed using the provided binoculars to watch the ferries and boats go by and as avid board game players, found a new game we loved. We were here during a heat advisory and it was so comfortable inside and the balconies were shaded all day so with the breeze, the "feels like 104," was actually comfortable. Great host. Great communication. I wouldnt change a thing!

Summary: Our family of 5 had a wonderful week staying in this condo!! Clean, very comfortable, amazing views/pools. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for our adventures- beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, cooler, etc., as well as for cooking/enjoying the views from the balconies. Sara was wonderful to communicate with and made check in/out very easy. We hope to be back!!

Summary: What an incredible stay! Rob and Sara were spectacular hosts. The condo is clean and well-kept, and the greatest part is that it is right on the water. Listening to the waves was incredibly relaxing. There was a slight issue with one of the toilets, and Rob got the issue squared away quickly, and kept us informed through every step of the process. I would highly recommend staying at this property and would stay here every time I come to Saint Thomas. Happy Traveling!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Cliff Villas. The listing was perfectly accurate, we had great communication from the host, and a very easy check-in. The space was very clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of space for four adults. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and dishes. There were many helpful items such as beach chairs and towels, as well as books and games. The property has many great amenities! We were able to walk to the beach. There were pools and a tennis/pickle ball court on the property. The view from the unit was beautiful! The balconies provided a lovely space for watching sunrise, sunset, and wildlife. Everything was perfect, and ready for our stay. We would love to visit again!
