Summary: We arrived at the hotel around midnight due to a delayed flight. Unfortunately, the reception was unattended, and we found our room keys left on the front desk. Despite trying to call the number provided, we were unable to reach any staff. We had hoped to arrange an airport transfer and get some basic information, such as when and where breakfast would be served, but there was no one available to assist us. When we left the hotel 6.30 AM, the reception was still unmanned. That said, the parts of the hotel we did see were clean and fresh.

Summary: The hotel was undergoing refurbishment and there was a bit of a mess in the foyer on arrival but the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The room was on the first floor but there was no elevator so had to carry heavy bags up 3 flights of stairs. The room was small but comfortable but disappointed that there was no tea and coffee making facilities. The staff allowed us to make a cup of tea in the dining room which was appreciated. The manager was most helpful when we needed euro cash to pay at a nearby restaurant and lent us €100. The shuttle bus was on time and provided a convenient ride to the airport.
