Positive: Super cheap and in the main area of Nimman. Easy to check in and out as well. There’s a 7 eleven down at the bottom to do quick snack shopping and there’s a mall a walk away as well as a night market.

Negative: The bed is horrible and could use a mattress replacement, but for a few nights it’s fine! There’s also lots of noise from planes flying over the apartment building (can be a little scary), so sleeping with earplugs is definitely necessary and even then you still hear them.

Positive: The host, Arm, was amazing from the very first minute. Sent clear instructions, recommendations to visit certain places in the city and was very kind and responsive. Also waited for me at 1 am when I arrived to provide assistance with the check-in. I would definitely come back in the future!
