Positive: The location was very good, close to the Wat Suan Dok and many nice local restaurants (we recommend Kaphroa Kradong).
Negative: The kids need to sleep in a sleeping couch, and there were not two pillows available.

Positive: Location is right by the Wat . Trees within the Wat at apartment height gave a very relaxed feel, bird calls all through the day,views over to the mountains and Doi Suthep. Much more spacious apartment than many in the area. Decoration is artistic with comfortable separate seating areas for balcony, dining or TV. You need to look round the quiet (soi ) streets adjacent to the block to find good places to eat. Washing machine was so useful for our extended stay. Apartment felt secure with access controls. Our host responded quickly to any questions. Ninman area (for example restaurants and Warmup venue) is very accessible by short taxi ride or on foot. If you want more touristy activities then probably the Old city or Thapae gate corner of Chiang Mai would be more suitable but we liked this area of the city
Negative: There is noise from the airport runway but this affects all of the Ninman area and Maya centre . We got used to it very quickly and (new) earplugs are available if you are a light sleeper. Swimming pool area could benefit from some additional seating (also water was very cool in the pool)
Summary: Great condo and all you need for a short or long stay
