Positive: Absolutely everything! The villa its self was built with detailed luxury in mind with high end fixtures and fittings and was equipped with tasteful and stylish yet comfortable furnishings. The facilities such as an outdoor barbecue/bar area and pool made our stay at Arte Casa Luxury Resort such fun. The Villa is positioned in a quiet area just 10 minutes drive from the Airport and Heraklion Old Harbour with easy access to popular tourist attractions. Transport easily available around the clock to hire or be hired! Our host, Maria had thought of everything even down to some wonderful home baking and made us feel very relaxed.
Negative: I would advise more than 1 key and card. My daughter and her partner were independent some of the time and had to wait for me to gain entry to the villa.

Positive: Our stay was perfect! Maria and her business partners provided the best stay possible. It was with a personal touch and with easy coordination they provided cleaning when we was out of the house. Every time we recieved cleaning they always come with some extra gifts which was so thoughtful. Especially the homemade greek pies. The house is amazing and has everything needed for a relaxing vacation in Crete. Location is 10 minutes in cars from both the Beach and the City. Would definetely come back another time!

Positive: The house was beautiful, there was a great outdoor area with a great pool an outdoor kitchen with grill and even a pizza oven. Inside the house everything was new and perfect. Everything from sunscreen to coffee was provided. Maria was a perfect hostess, every two days the house was completely cleaned. Great beaches could be reached in 10 minutes. We are very happy to come back.
