Positive: The apartment itself is truly cozy, stylish, and conveniently located. The previous complaints about noise seem odd because that should be expected with this type of apartment, so I’ll give it a huge plus for that. I would definitely rate this apartment 5 stars if it were clean, but unfortunately, the dirtiness spoils the overall impression, which is a real shame.
Negative: The apartment was quite dirty; I’ve had a dust allergy since childhood, and I had to spend an hour wiping down all the shelves – there was a huge amount of dust, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for about a month or more. There were also huge cobwebs in the corners behind the dressers and TVs. Behind the couch in the living room, there were dust bunnies and someone else’s hair clips and hair ties. The trash bin was covered in streaks of dirt as well. It was hard for me to stay here for five days with my dust allergy. The washing machine had clumps of hair and mold on the seal, so I also had to clean it before washing my clothes, which was very unpleasant, and the smell was terrible. I could have taken photos and videos, but honestly, I didn’t have the energy to do that after my work, especially when cleaning a place where I shouldn’t have had to clean in the first place.

Positive: The apartment is central to everything we needed to be at.
Negative: There isn't a lot of light in the living room, kitchen, bedroom is a little better with light. The unit is actually the basement unit it seems like and the main windows in the kitchen and living room face a wall.
Summary: Good stay with everything you need in the unit. Perfect if you need to be in central / midtown.

Positive: Area and price were impeccable.
Negative: Almost had an issue with the shower, beds were quite soft, and pedestrians outside sounded like they were in the bedroom with us while we slept.
Summary: Had an amazing stay. Will go back if back in the area.

Positive: Fantastic location, really clean, easy to get to the bus stops to get to the airport. Take the sacRTairport 142 bus. Comfy bed. Because of the location, it is naturally cool. In a very walkable area. Near restaurants, theaters, and landmarks. Host was responsive. The shower has multiple settings if you care about that. Parking available if you decide to get a rental.
Negative: Lots of noise. Neighbor's dog howled one night from 8:00pm well past midnight. Light bulbs went out in the bedroom and were not repaired during my stay. While the host was responsive, they didn't provide the best check-in instructions. No hand towels and no tissues in the kitchen area. The place was very clean, some of the items in the apt are outdated. Water pressure in shower was just okay.
