Summary: Hotel was clean, front desk reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed in the amenities and the restaurant. I generally stay at the Hyatt a few blocks away, but decided to try this hotel because the ratings were higher and the price was less. The room had a "cheap" feeling, there was no fridge in the room which I needed and assumed would be available. I had to hunt down ice, the bar staff was short staffed or something, and the service at the restaurant was worse. I typically dont leave bad reviews, but this stay just left a lot to be desired considering all the "excellent" reviews.

Summary: Beautiful hotel. Great location. Breakfast staff at cafe were not super friendly or helpful. Food was excellent though! The cinnamon roll was awesome.

Summary: This has become our go-to hotel when staying in Sacramento. A bit higher price for the stay, definitely - and the parking garage for parking just feels sketchy. But rooms have consistently been clean, are decently sized, there’s decent breakfast options nearby, hotel bar has well prepared beverages.

Summary: A newly remodeled hotel/motel in a business part of town. The neighborhood was a little dicy if I'm being honest. I walked my GS dog around the block before dark. We encountered some drug paraphernalia on the sidewalk & didnt go out again after dark.

Summary: Julian-I called a day before our stay bc we had the cancel. My wife injured herself bad enough that we had to end our trip early. The person I spoke to said she would forward the request for cancellation to for your review on Monday June 2nd. Please confirm that we were able to cancel without charge.
