3 Bedroom Condo in Hampton

Brand new 1414 square ft condo with three bedrooms and two and one half baths and central air. The first floor consists of master bedroom, full bath with laundry, half bath, open concept combo kitchen family room and plenty of closet and storage space. The second floor has two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a large den with a slider going to deck. The water views from the bedrooms of Hampton Harbor are very impressive! There is parking for two vehicles on the lower level. The building has four levels, the condo is on level three and four. Also, the condo is one block from beautiful Hampton Beach.
The unit is fully furnished with three flat screen TVs, a 32 inch in the master bedroom, an 46 inch LG TV in the kitchen family room and a 55 inch LG TV the upstairs den. There is WI-FI with several streaming services including Prime, HULU, Peacock, Netflix and KEMO. The kitchen family room has a dining room table with 6 chairs, a granite counter with three stools and a comfy couch with coffee table. The master bedroom has a king size bed, roll top desk and a full bureau and night stand. The upstairs den has a comfortable living room set with a queen size very comfy sleep sofa and a matching love seat with coffee table and end tables. Bedroom two has a queen size bed and bedroom three has twin bunk beds and a desk.
Everything you could ask for is within walking distance, several restaurants and bars, gorgeous beach, playground, the famous Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom, Sea Shell stage nightly concerts, weekly fireworks and many other attractions see for more info.
Hampton Beach is located between Newburyport MA to the south about nine miles and Portsmouth NH to the north about 14 miles. Both cities are on the water with lots of fine restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Boston is located 40 miles south of Hampton Beach.

Summary: David’s property made for an amazing stay in Hampton Beach. Not our first visit to Hampton, but definitely the nicest place we’ve stayed while here. Great location, interior was clean and roomy, and David was a very responsive host. Will definitely book this condo again!

Summary: The family and I enjoyed this property and our time in Hampton Beach. Everything you could possibly need was within walking distance or a short drive away. The Condo itself was perfect for what we wanted. We used the bottom half of the property while the 3 teens had their own space upstairs. The owner met us on our arrival and went through everything within the property. I would stay here again next time I am up that way.

Summary: We’ve been visiting Hampton Beach for over 20 years. Usually we get a house so we were concerned about renting a condo. But this worked great for us, 2 adult kids and 2 grandchildren. Bunk beds were perfect for grandkids. The downstairs master was ideal for us. The kitchen has everything you could ever need for preparing meals, which was important in the year of COVID. The unit is clean and comfortable. Having a washer dryer available always helps. Two covered parking spots without fear of being dinged is priceless. We usually stay a few blocks further north, but this location near J street is very convenient to the beach and a handful of restaurants and bars. Unfortunately COVID kept us from taking full advantage. It’s one quick block to the beach. The casino, arcade and boardwalk are also a short walk away. You will hear a little noise from Ashworth Avenue if fire trucks or loud motorcycles are going by but it didn’t impact our sleep at all. Overall great rental. David is very helpful and responsive.

Plenty of room for the whole family to spread out, everything you could possibly need and the beautiful sunsets every night were the icing on the cake. The location was close to everything.
