the apartment is very bright and quiet, recently renovated. the two bedrooms are spacious and equipped with wardrobes. room with extendable crystal table for 6 people and satellite TV (no pay TV). internet connection (cable or wi-fi available throughout the house). the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher. air conditioning present throughout the apartment. bathroom with window with bath and shower. two balconies (one large and one small for drying clothes). is located on the second and last floor (no elevator) of a small condominium, consisting of six apartments. parking space available on private road.
for the summer months (1/6 - 31/8) the price offers you the possibility of enjoying a FREE umbrella and two deckchairs (max 4/5 people) in a private bathing establishment, which is about 20 minutes walk from the accommodation.
the apartment is located in a residential neighborhood, just outside the center (reachable on foot in 15 minutes). it is near the sea, which can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot by crossing a beautiful pine forest (ideal for picnics, walks, jogging and in the evening with clubs where you can listen to music and have a drink). within walking distance also the bus stop that takes you directly to the mythical "promenade". Summary: Great apartment in a good location with an amazing landlord who is always available via messenger. The included features like dishwasher, washing machine and the beach equipment is fantastic. Only parking can be proving challenging.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in Simone's apartment. It is perfectly equipped and especially very comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful and parking is easily accessible. A lot of services not far from the appartment. Simone was a very present host and stayed in contact with us, which was very much appreciated. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Summary: We had a great time in Viareggio and Tuscany during our 11 days of vacation in April 2016. We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment - description and pictures show actually how nice it is designed and furnished. It provides a comfortable stay for 4 guest in two bedrooms and is equipped with everything you need - and very important: it was really clean. The apartment is located in a house of five apartments on the second floor in a private street where it is possible to park the car. However, there is no lift available which makes it a bit difficult with a baby stroller as the staircase is a bit small. We received a very warm welcome from Simone (lessor) who lived in his apartment many years. He showed us around, explained everything and responded prompt upon questions per mail, SMS or phone - PERFECT! When we left, Simone even had some Italian dolce (pastry) for our journey- many thanks Simone, really kind! We can definitely recommend this apartment and would book it again.
