Summary: Very last minute trip which was great! Beautiful place and easy to work with the host. Check in was supposed to be 4pm but we didn’t get into our room until 5:45. We had issues with the toilet ever day and needed maintenance which was frustrating but they made it right by moving us to a different unit mid week and gave us late check out. Thanks for a great week! Atlantis is AMAZING!

Summary: We had a great stay with no major issues. We did have a couple very minor annoyances that had nothing to do with the property owner, and they were not even close to dealbreakers, but are worth mentioning. 1) Wristbands were not available the week we stayed - which is fine, but the staff was not remotely forthcoming with information about it, and weirdly cryptic about the whole situation when we asked, but eventually after the 5th time we tried to get bracelets, one honest Cove staffer finally told us it meant nothing, there would be no bracelets, and keycards are all you need. 2) The tile floors in our premium suite were greasy and not clean. However, we had checked in early, and a guy showed up very soon after with a rotary floor cleaner and was surprised to see us in there and left, so in hindsight he was probably there to take care of the problem. Aside from those, everything was awesome, and these issues had nothing to do with this property owner, who was awesome. We had an amazing time, and I can highly recommend.

Summary: From booking, arrival, stay & departure Family Fun was there & did a great job. Harborside itself seems like a good alternative as a rental compared to the other more expensive hotel rooms at the four other hotels. Having stayed at The Coral & The Royal, though, makes Harborside seem like a different experience. With access to everything the other hotels offer it's a good option. But it's a little further away, a step down from the other hotels & so it really build down to money and how much space you need. Our suite was twice as big and half as much as either of our previous stays, and it is worth it especially if you're ok with a little leg work & want to save money. I'm really torn about whether I'd rather stay at Harborside again or save up ... Harborside has no units with no view (like the one we had). I think you can end up in a situation like this at The Coral (maybe) ... So try to get a feel for that if it's important. We mostly just slept at the unit & were out most of the day and evening. Bottom line: if I stay at Harborside I'm using Family Fun; if I win the lotto look me up at The Cove.

Summary: We had an excellent stay in mid Feb! The one bedroom is perfect for a family with three small kids and was actually larger than we were anticipating. The view of the marina is really fun and the kids liked watching all of the boats. The staff was really helpful and friendly. We loved the access to everything at Atlantis but also loved having our own pool at this property. The only bummers were that the pool closed at 5pm, they were out of blankets one day at the resort so we had no blankets for one night and you should throw a few dishwasher detergent pods in your suitcase, as you only get two and the little store in the lobby had run out. Other than that, we loved it and we will be back!!

Summary: Perfect place to stay to enjoy the amenities of Atlantis without being around the hustle and bustle at the end of the day. Access to the resort and waterpark is included in the cost. Shuttles make it easy and it is close enough to walk. Kitchen is lacking even the basics. If you plan on cooking meals, assume there will be a few pans in the kitchen and nothing else, not even salt and pepper. The Harborside pool is great. Perfect place to relax after a long day at Atlantis.

Summary: Loved the space and that our large family of 8 could stay in one unit with three separate bedrooms and two living rooms together. Much better than having 3-4 rooms spread all over the resort. The pool was very nice, and super easy access to all of the amenities at Atlantis. The rooms were very clean with the exception of the showers, they could have used a little bleach. The beds were comfortable. Linens nice. Two large living rooms and kitchens fully equipped. Balconies are spacious! We dined at Atlantis on the meal plan which actually cost more than the rooms. Next time we will take advantage of the kitchens as they have everything you need including shuttle service to the grocery store. There is even a washer/dryer in two of the rooms. The only downside is the do not change you towels daily or clean your room. They do it once in a 7 day stay. That is really not enough considering everyone showered at least once a day. The folks that work there are super nice and helpful. We will stay here again next year! Thank you!
