Positive: Well here are many things to say, first of all i would not recomend go Out of paradise island. People are bad , and its not safe. About Hotels, they are extremly expensive. Staff doesnt work very well, they are quite lazy and doesnt want work much. Breakfast was in all hotels which we tried very good. If you go for bufet or a la carte all is good. Lunch by beach restaurant not that much good, and dinners depend where you go and what you choose. The variety of choice is plenty.
Negative: Only One normall place for enjoy beach was at cove ( cove of atlantis) but if you are not hotel guest of cove you canot go: we didnt know it so we stayed at reef, where is for families children etc.. sunbeds and all is old and not nice. Even pool not nice. Old American style. If you go to Dubai you see how pool and beach should look like. USA is old. So i recomend go to Cove , only there is normall pool and beach acces.

Positive: Decor, cleanliness, and privacy the reef offers. Loved that the suite had a stove, microwave, coffee maker, mugs and glasses.
Negative: Loved the property. Our room shower needed to be repaired. The water from the shower would run into the toilet area. Not good. That could’ve easily resulted in a slip and fall incident.
Summary: Great weekend get away for couples!

Positive: Once in the resort, everything was convenient and we were able to shuttle to other hotels. The food was really good by the pool and the restaurants were excellent.
Negative: No negative comments

Positive: Our room was large and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and housekeeping kept it clean. The hotel itself is far from everything- the fitness center, restaurants, even just a place to have a happy hour drink. Starbucks is the only amenity. We encountered most staff at meal times so this does not apply to The Reef (because they don’t have restaurants) but most of the staff are rude. Occasionally we would encounter a staff member that was not rude but overall people were rude with two exceptions- Nobu and Carmines. We wanted a late checkout but they charge $165/hour for extra time in your room. They do offer transit rooms which worked well for us.
Summary: Clean rooms but far from any activities or food.

Positive: The location, the structure of the Atlantis complex, the aquarium, the casino and the beach.
Negative: The customer service, from 10 employees 2 will be very nice the other 8 not. The waiting time to get something from the beach bars. We had a bad luck with the room. Outlets not working and the faucet from the shower broke.
