Summary: Our stay was excellent. This was our 3rd time visiting at Atlantis and staying at Harborside. I have no complaints with Atlantis but I did have a few concerns with Harborside. We did not have towels, it was dirty under the kitchen sink, and our last night the ac was broken. HS was quick to correct the first 2 issues but we still had no AC the last 2 days. I hope this is not a sign that their standards are slipping. This won’t keep us from returning, but I want them to be aware of what we experienced as guests.

Summary: Perfect place for a family. Easy access to all things Atlantis with the convenience of a condo setup. We made good use of the kitchen which saved us a lot on food and beverages. Loved having the bedroom for the grownups and living area for the kids to sleep (one on pullout couch and one on air mattress we brought). Also enjoyed the Harborside guests only pool.

Summary: Great spot to stay if you want to visit Atlantis Resort, without being in a hotel room. Ended up having a view of the ocean from our room which was a plus! Pictures and description were accurate. Luckily we were able to check in 3 hours early with no problem!

Summary: We rented both sides of the condo for our family and my wife's family. The condo was so much better (and cheaper!) than two regular Atlantis hotel rooms - each side had a full kitchen, washer/dryer, separate bedroom with its own TV and so much space. I was nervous about the location but it was right on the resort with a short walk around the beautiful marina. There is a shuttle available, but we never used it since we enjoyed the walk. Of course, Atlantis is amazing. We've been before but it was my wife's family's first time and they were blown away. Chris and John were great - very efficient, friendly and super professional. They were very patient in answering my wife's many questions. Their website has tons of information about the resort. You can tell you are dealing with a professionals who know the resort inside and out. Would highly recommend booking through Chris and John.
