Walk out the front door and you are practically on the golf course! The Meadows offers many reasonable membership packages and the Country Club offers Tennis, Swimming and Fitness in addition to Golf. There are also extensive walking trails with many bird watching opportunities. The new university town center mall is less than a five minute drive. This villa is ready to move in with Wifi included. The meadows has 2 public golf courses and is very close to shopping and local beaches. No pickup trucks, motorcycles or pets.

Summary: Great little place to stay. The kitchen is well appointed, the bed is comfortable, and the location is close to shopping, and grocery's.The Meadows is nicely manicured and a very quiet subdivision. I would recommend.

Summary: The Neighborhood is very nice and quiet yet close to everything Sarasota . The unit was very clean with lots s of kitchen pots and utensils. . Silvia was very easy to communicate with and an excellent host.

Summary: My circumstance differed from normal seasonal rental. I sold a Sarasota condo at Phillippi Creek Landings and needed a dwelling until I decided on various options (Re-buy in Sarasota, or out of state, etc.) The Meadows neighborhood is a wonderful location. Quiet, extensive walking and biking trails, golf course and centrally located to numerous restaurants and attractions. I recommend 4869 Winslow Beacon for individual or couple rentals. The unit is well equipped with kitchen amenities. Internet is provided with Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Summary: Place was newly updated, very nice decor, great kitchen with everything you would need. Nice neighborhood and great location, close to shopping & restaurants. Silvia, the manager was very helpful and accommodating. I was attending Medical Sales College for 12 weeks and this was the perfect place!
