This is a charming condo of 553 sq. ft. fully furnished and equipped with great taste. It will be perfect to enjoy your stay in Sarasota.
Just renovated, it offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a patio, equipped kitchen and cozy living room with a beautiful view on the pond and putting green.
Enter the condo (ground floor unit, like a townhome) and you will have a nice view through the unit.
★Living Area:
Follow the hallway to the luminous living room with a unique view on the pond, putting green and trees. You will feel right at home with the beige couch, refined decoration and TV.
★Kitchen:
Pods and trash bags provided to start you off.
The open-plan kitchen has a modern design with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. The bar can comfortably seat 2 guests.
★Bedroom:
Bedsheets provided.
The first room is the bedroom with a charming decoration, wooden floors, a chest of drawers, TV, night stands and light. the queen size bed is comfortable and the windows has surrounded by vegetation for a restful night of sleep.
★Bathroom:
The renovated bathroom features a large shower, sink and toilet.
★Laundry:
Washer and dryer are located in the entrance of the condo.
★Outdoor Space:
Open the sliding door to the patio with outdoor furniture and enjoy the view with the sunlight, peace and quiet.
★Pool:
Residents and guests can enjoy the heated communal pool.
★Parking:
You can park your car outside, there's a designated outdoor parking. (no carport)
★Amenities:
There is a separate membership to the prestigious Meadows Country Club, offering an 18-hole golf course, 18 Har Tru Tennis Courts, a refreshing lap pool, enticing restaurants, and an array of social activities.
The Meadows community has many trails, perfect for walking, biking or bird watching.
Seasonal memberships can be purchased through the Country Club and are not included in the booking fee.

Downtown Sarasota is a 15 min drive. Lido Key and Siesta Key are a 25 min drive.
★ High Season Booking Policy (January 1 – March 31)
This rental is available by calendar month only, with check-in on the 1st of the month. Guests may book 1, 2, or more consecutive calendar months. Thank you for your understanding!
★Additional Info:
This rental is subject to the approval of a Home Owners Association (HOA) which can take up to 3 weeks.
The HOA application fee (charged per guest or per married couple) is not included in the booking fee. The fee ranges from $53 to $96, depending on your application type. This amount is subject to change.
★Important Notes & Rules:
- No pets allowed per the HOA rules
- No trucks, no commercial vehicle, no motorcycles - per the HOA rules
- No parties, non smoking
- Ac cannot be lower than 70 F and heat cannot be higher than 77 F - Don't leave doors/windows open when AC/Heat is running

Summary: Condo was adequate, but had issues. We booked with friends on same site with same agent. They had a bigger condo with less issues & we paid more, (several thousand). Patio loaded with wasp/bee nests which we sprayed avoiding the lights as didn’t want an electrical issue. Patio sidewalk with caution tape due to damage never changed. Kitchen loaded with power cords in & out of cabinets which were dangerous. Upper cabinet had exposed outlet behind plates. Disappointed as it was presented differently than it is. I have photos if needed to verify. We saw nicer places for less there.
