Summary: Lovely accommodation a short drive from Avoca Beach. Very comfortable bed, full size fridge and sufficient cooking equipment which was handy as I stayed for a week. Undercover outdoor table and chairs were a nice place for my morning coffee. Very quiet neighbourhood.
