1 Bedroom House in Down, Holywood

Enjoy the peace of the countryside at Avoca Farm and have easy access to the local town of Holywood in eight minutes and the city of Belfast in fifteen Minutes.
The property will accommodate two adults comfortably. Upstairs the bedroom has a king sized bed. There is an en-suite bathroom..
Downstairs is a fully fitted modern kitchen, shower room and living room. The living room has a double bed settee and this would be suitable for two small children if required. Free Wi-fi is available and there is a TV both upstairs and downstairs. This accommodation is an annex to the main Avoca Farm House where the hosts Alison and Peter live. Although no longer a working farm we have our own pets and keep our own chickens. The annex has its own private garden where you can relax, and is securely fenced in should you wish to bring your dog.
Should you wish to play golf we have storage for clubs on site and can book green fees for you at Holywood Golf Club- Home of Rory McIlroy. Please enquire for more details.

Summary: A perfect little bolt hole for my husband and I to combine visiting our son at Queens University and exploring the area. Loverly secure garden for our dog. We really appreciated being given early access to the property on arrival having arrived very early on the overnight ferry.

Summary: Best location outside of Belfast. Avoca Farm is close to many restaurants golf courses, shopping, tourist attractions and bars. Peter and Alison were perfect hosts. Arranged golf at reduced prices and provided numerous places to eat, see,and do around the area. They provided fresh eggs. Irish soda bread, a d fresh banana bread for us during our stay. You can't find a better place to stay than this
