This is a beautiful two bedroom first floor apartment with elevator within a gated development. One private parking space is included for your convenience ( maximum height 2.14m). The balcony gives you unrestricted views of the sea and the Mourne Mountains. The property is situated on the promenade right in the centre of Newcastle with shops, restaurants, bars and the beach all on your doorstep. Also Royal Co Down Golf course is 10 minutes walk away. This is the perfect seaside resort for walkers, golfers and families.
The property has a large open plan living area, dining room and fully equipped kitchen leading onto private balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite with shower. Summary: Ideal, safe location with a view of the Irish Sea from the balcony. Pubs, restaurants and ice cream all within walking distance. Responsive, helpful host... Honestly, lacks nothing. If you are planning a holiday in the area this is a no brainer!

Summary: I stayed at the apartment with my mum and brother for a few days away together. We all had a lovely, relaxing time. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and is in a secure gated development in a central location in Newcastle. Great views over the beach and the sea. Newcastle itself is a lovely town with good amenities within walking distance, as well as having a number of other attractions close by such as Silent Valley Mountain Park and Tollymore Forest Park. Very highly recommend.
