Charming apartment of 30M2 located in the Araucarya residence, quiet area, close to the center of the resort, children's village, aquariaz (aquatic center).
Ski in and out.
The apartment consists of a spacious bedroom with 1 double bed, storage cupboard and flat screen tv.
An independent sleeping area with bunk bed, storage drawer.
A living room with flat screen tv, convertible sofa offering a real double bed (bultex mattress) and a dining area for 6 people.
A kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave / grill oven, 1 classic coffee maker and 1 nespresso, kettle, toaster, raclette, fondue and all the necessary cooking.
A bathroom with shower, towel dryer, hair dryer and toilet

Summary: excellent and well located holiday home, good communication with the owner and everything available in the house that makes a good and smooth holiday possible. The only downside is the small double bed and the poor quality of the mattress

Summary: the apartment has everything you need for a great time in Avoriaz in our case in the summer. good views of the mountains, quiet , plenty to keep your children occupied in Avoriaz and plenty of places to visit in the area, Chamonix was a hit as was Evian les Bains and swimming in lac Leman . The aquariaz in Morzine is good if you don't want to drive , several supermarkets, bakers etc. Being in the mountains don't expect any flat bits! We had a wonderful time and Estelle was a perfect owner , replied quickly , excellent english for the technical bits and provides a first class place to stay . Merci bien Hy Estelle . A great stay at a great price .

Summary: It was perfect for us as it was in a great location, close to the ski school and shops. The agency Avoriaz Location was very helpful in answering any questions and even sent us a text to say the apartment was ready. We had an unforgetable holiday in an amazing location. Would definitely recommend the apartment! Thank you to Estelle for a lovely stay!

Summary: We have just returned from a week long stay at this apartment in Avoriaz. We arrived late but the keys were waiting for us at the Entry Station. Everything was exactly as described and Estelle answered all questions beforehand so we knew the extras to bring along (towels, toilet rolls, soap etc) The location of the apartment is excellent - it really was skis on and straight down to the slopes. Just a 5 min stroll in the evenings found us next to plenty of bars and restaurants. There were also 2 supermarkets nearby. As far as the living accommodation is concerned, it was compact, yet clean and inviting. We were a party of 4 - 2 adults, 2 teenagers - it was just right; cozy rather than cramped. The kitchen has a microwave, 2 hot rings, fridge and dishwasher (which was great after a long day skiing!!) The WiFi coped well too with the demands of our teenagers! Avoriaz is a really beautiful location and this apartment is superbly located to enjoy the best of it. We will be back next year!!
