Well appointed, clean and comfortable, this bi-level condo is located in the Ocean Breeze complex, known for being off the beaten path while still only a short walk to the beach. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath has all you need for a fantastic stay in one of America's greatest towns, Hilton Head! With 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, this beach oriented vacation townhome has all that you need to relax and get away. Flat screen televisions throughout, high speed internet, and HD cable provide you with plenty of entertainment should you encounter a rainy day.
Once you arrive, you may not need your car for most of your trip. The villa is walking distance to the beach (10-15 minutes depending on traffic and pace!.), the infamous Coligny Plaza (15 min.) with its shops, bakeries, and eateries. The bike paths are close by. Don't want to pack your bike? No problem! Renters get a discounted rate at Palmetto Bikes for bike rentals. They also have beach chairs and umbrella, bocce and more.
On the first floor there is a thoroughly supplied kitchen which has filtered water and tiled counter-tops, eat-in area, pantry, living area with Flat Screen TV, entertainment center, computer desk with Wifi internet access and a recently renovated half bath.
Off the living room, through a sliding glass door, our villa has a private outdoor space with chairs and a table to relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine after an fun day out and about. There is a grassy area near the walkways to the pool and tennis court for your pet to play right off the back outdoor space.
On the second floor, the front bedroom has a queen size bed, 32 inch LCD flat screen TV, DVD player and a thoroughly renovated full walk in shower. The back bedroom has a king size bed, a 32 in. Flat Screen TV and also with DVD player and its own thoroughly renovated private bath with a tub. A washer and dryer are also located on the second floor.

Summary: It was awesome! Clean and everything worked properly. Washer and dryer was awesome to have and all the kitchen gadgets. Felt very comfortable. Will be back next year if possible! Loved that they were pet friendly. And the walk to the beach is just a few minutes.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! Very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. We really liked that the reservation included beach chairs and a beach wagon! They did an excellent job at communicating. We will definitely stay again!

Summary: We enjoyed our week stay in Hilton Head despite the threats of tropical storm Debby. The villa was spotless and tastefully decorated with a beach theme. We were delighted with the abundance of essentials provided, including spices, cooking oil, sea salt and pepper grinders, soaps, shampoos, and laundry/dish detergent—items often missing in other rentals. The beach chairs, wagon, and umbrella were great additions. The beds, outfitted with crisp white sheets, were very comfortable, and towels were also provided. The villa was pet-friendly, and our Golden Retriever enjoyed the soft dog bed and beach walks. We also appreciated the villa’s pools for cooling off in the afternoons when the beaches became too hot. Overall we had a great time and would highly recommend the Villa.

Summary: It’s always a treat to be back on HHI, but it’s extra nice when you have a comfortable place to stay. The unit was clean & very comfortable. It was an easy walk to the beach or to entertainment & restaurants in Coligny. Everything was exactly as the listing stated & Dan, one of the owners was a dream to work with. Definitely would stay again.

Summary: Everything is exactly as pictured and described. The space was the perfect setup and location to both the beach and shops. We only moved the car once to go to dinner, every other time we either biked or walked. Even the doggo felt extremely comfortable. You wouldn’t even know that it was dog friendly because it was so clean. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
