Summary: Flat was spacious and as described in listing. Host was very responsive. The location was great, but note there is a hostel on the same block so it can be a little loud at night. Spacious apartment with lots of natural light.

Summary: Heart of Bilbao. Had a problem with water heater and owner had it repaired same day, on a Saturday!! Highly recommend this unit!!

Summary: La atención excelente; nos dejaron gel, mascarillas, café y productos de aseo. Además por un cambio de vuelo nos permitieron alargar unas horas la estancia, buena comunicación en todo momento. Las camas son muy cómodas.
