Positive: The location and the events offered inside the hotel are great.
Negative: We had a problem almost every night with a couple of neighbours who fought, threw things in the room, slammed the door, shouted and even though we complained to reception, nothing changed or was even offered a gesture of apology by the hotel. What's more, there are no gluten-free, lactose-free or vegetarian/vegan options on the menus, which is no longer a differentiated option but a common lifestyle for everyone. To top it off, when I opened the shower, In less than a minute, the bathroom was flooded and clogged.
Summary: need to update their food and be more attentive to guests

Positive: Everything. Stayed here before and is why I chose to stay again. Distance to the main area is only about 20 minutes along a lovely coastal walk. Hotel has everything you need and has shops and bars two minutes away if you don't want to hit the more famous spots. Poolside area is very big with a bar serving drinks and snacks. Second pool is much smaller and for adults only but right next to the hotel bar. Reception staff are friendly, helpful and work very hard in French, Spanish, English and German. Meals are great, there is something for everyone - vegetarian, meat, salads, bakery and breads, deserts, soft drinks, beer and wine with your meal and meal times are perfect timings. Love to try the suites!
Negative: Lifts are tiny and slow. I always walked except for last day checking out with luggage.
