Positive: The location is perfect, 1 minute away from lines A and C of the Metro and many buses. The staff is very helpful and kind. You can use the coffee machine anytime during the day. The apartment is very clean. I recommend it..
Negative: The breakfast is not very diverse, but compared to similar B&Bs from Italy, it is good and tasty.

Positive: The room is spotless clean and the beds are super comfortable. The check in went flawless even though I arrived after the check in time as my flight with wizzair was very delayed. The area San Giovani is residential, it has everything one needs: supermarkets, restaurants, bars, gellatto :) Mona prepares a delicious and very traditional breakfast with the most delicious cappuccino. The ratio price quality is perfect. Grazie mile! Ritornero!

Positive: A very nice accomodation. Close to the metro station (2 minutes), 15-20 minutes to the city center. The apartment has a really good comfortable bed and pillows, a spacious bathroom. The rooms are cleaned every day.
Negative: The apartments are not soundproof at all (you hear everything that happens in the rooms next to you), and we really missed having an iron (a common one for all the rooms would be really nice). But these were minor inconveniences, overall we enjoyed our stay.

Negative: Room wasn’t entirely clean, very dusty floor (especially under the bed). The breakfast is pretty basic, so do not base your decision on this - in other terms, having a free espresso in the morning is just an add-on, not a selling point.
