Positive: It was a very pleasant stay. The owner waited for us and gave good directions and recommendations for a parking slot. The apartment had all necessities and also some goodies, we were positively surprised. The location was very good as usually it's recommended to travel with local transportation in Rome and right outside a few steps there was a bus station directly going to the city. Although we stayed only for a night, it felt very good and we would book it again!
Negative: The only thing would be that we only stayed a night and not more :-)
Summary: A very pleasant stay with a very good location!!

Positive: Great apartment located in a nice neighbourhood. Plenty of stores, restaurants and cafes nearby. 5 min walk to Metro and in walkable distance to the city center with nice architecture.

Positive: It was clean and quiet, everything was provided. The host is very friendly and helpful
Negative: Elevator was small, only fit 2 people and 1 large luggage. There are stairs to walk up with luggage before reaching the elevator.
Summary: Location was quiet and residential. Apartment is nice and clean, but the stairs and elevator made it inconvenient

Positive: The apartment is excellent – very well equipped with all necessary amenities. The location is outstanding, just a five-minute walk from the metro station, with a café, supermarket, and restaurant located nearby. The host is extremely accommodating; he accepted our luggage even before the official check-in time and was very helpful throughout our stay. The apartment features a large bedroom, another smaller bedroom with its own bathroom, an additional spacious bathroom, and a comfortable living room connected to a kitchen. I highly recommend this accommodation to everyone.

Positive: We spent a wonderful week in Rome with our family – the two of us and our three children. We enjoyed not only the beauty of the city and the many tourist attractions but also the comfort of the apartment where we stayed. Casa Amabile has an excellent location. The bus stop is right in front of the building, and the Ponte Lungo metro station is just a 5-minute walk away. Nearby, there is a well-stocked minimarket, many pizzerias, and a restaurant just 3 minutes away, popular with locals, where we had delicious pizza. The apartment is spacious, charming, and modern, recently renovated and equipped with everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, and washing machine. We also had an ironing board, iron, and a hairdryer at our disposal. A big plus was the generous number of high-quality towels provided, which saved us from packing our own. The hosts were very kind and discreet, welcoming us upon arrival and always available with helpful advice throughout our stay. If we return to Rome, Casa Amabile will definitely be our first choice for accommodation!

Positive: One of the best property we have stayed at. It has literally everything you need ( a set of 3 sizes towels for each person , we were 6 pax btw; shampoo and shower gel in both baths; the washing machine which works great; air conditioner and smart tv in every room including the living room; extensible table in the kitchen; etc). The apartment looks brand new to be honest .. The location of the apartment is perfect in a very quite area with 10 min walking distance metro to all touristic spots in Rome ( we bought a 48 h unlimited trips ticket and it was very convenient to always use the metro and buses). There is a great local pizzeria across the street, the drug store and some groceries stores nearby… we highly recommend this property for either short or long stay in Rome and from now on is our favourite apartment in Rome to stay at. Last but not least the host, a very kind Italian man who welcomed us on our arrival, made a tour in the apartment and was very responsive wherever we texted him to ask for recommendations. Also, we had some problems with the air conditioners ( we could not turn them on) and the host came back in 10 minutes to fix the problem ( the remote was dead). Thank you, it was a pleasure to stay at this property! P.S. we have also received our gift ( a bottle of red wine)
