Summary: I highly recommend this place, great apartment, close to metro, spacious rooms, everything new and clean. Gabrielle is very friendly, had great suggestions and helped us when needed.

Summary: Apartment is located in close proximity to the bus and metro system. We used the metro system daily to navigate the city. Apartment was clean and spacious. Shower was nice and large but the water pressure could have been better. One thing I would recommend is better bedding. We pulled the pillows off of the beds in the spare room (to give us more than 1 pillow each) and felt that the bedding was worn and not as comfortable (not good cotton grade) as hotel stay bedding. Also, there was a weird smell when entering the apartment. We are not sure if it was due to the consteuction happening right outside our door in the hallway or not. Overall, we would consider staying here again due to its location and easy access to the city. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment other than to sleep and shower so it meet our needs.

Summary: We spent 4 days in this apartment and we absolutely loved it! Our host was simply outstanding. Since we arrived early in order to make the most of our trip, Gabriele was there to meet us as early as 10 o'clock in the morning so that we could drop off our luggage and start our four-day tour of Rome. He showed us the place and gave us the addresses of all the best restaurants in the area and also a mini guide of all the must-see places during our short stay. Gabriele had also bought us some apples in case we might be hungry! If you are looking for a place to stay in Rome which is very near every famous sight you want to see (a 10-minute walk to the Colosseum), don't hesitate. This place is clean, safe, comfortable and in a very quiet street where you can sleep at night to recover from walking so much around the city. Many thanks to Gabriele for his kindness, availability and quick response to meet our every need. We will most certainly be back!

Summary: Beautiful clean apartment was located close to shopping and supermarkets. And a short metro ride to the Vatican, Trevi fountain etc. Only downfall was no living room

Summary: It is really a beautiful appartment. Perfectly for long and for short trips. The flat is well-furnished, clean and in a nice area of rom. Gabriele is a very friendly owner and has welcomed us very nice. We had a nice trip in rom and would always take back this apartment.

Summary: Truly a home away from home! Very clean, modern, spaceious, all the amenities of home but in Rome. The location is perfectly situated in a very safe and lively neighbourhood weith great shopping on Appia Nuova, restaurants, grocery stores, monuments, all within walking distance. Very close to the subway and trams for those not so keen on walking around. Gabriele is a perfect host making himself available at all times during my 2.5 week stay and was also most accommodating to my needs. I'm looking to book again for October!!!! Mille Grazie Gabriele, ci vediamo presto!!!
